“Neal,Thank you for your great assistance in helping my wife and I select our Innomax Mirage™ 13″ Mattress – Digital Air Beds, Twin XL (One Digital 2.0 pump), with the Malouf S655 Adjustable Bed Bases, Twin XL. After doing research on the internet, relating to digital air beds, I came across a site on Quora, where Neal, with iDEAL Mattress & Furniture, answered a lot of questions relating to furniture and beds. I called him and we made an appointment to visit about digital air beds, with my wife. Within 30-45 minutes he had answered all our questions and concerns. Several days later we received a quote from him via email telling us to review the quote. We had several questions about freight and delivery dates, ect. We decided, to pick up the mattress, in Denver, Colorado as we live in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and were in the Denver area, for other reasons, which saved us money. Neal arranged to have the base shipped directly to our home, where my son and I set up the bed. Merle set up a date & time for repair, Serviceman was on time courteous & competent. “Picking up orders at Target is great - delivery is not. FedEx is incredibly lazy and refuses to deliver packages to the front door. So I have to hike down, then back up, 3 flights of stairs to get my packages, which have been left at the bottom of the stairs in my building. I feel bad for people that have items delivered and have mobility issues. FedEx just dumps the packages - found one in the middle of the hallway on the 1st floor, when I live on the 3rd floor. Too much trouble to actually deliver the packages I guess. ??”
