“We have had internet service through NOVA Wireless for 3 or 4 years now. Rarely any issues, once I got the hang of remembering not to leave the streaming on all the time like I used to when I had traditional cable. We have plenty of data to satisfy my movie and news watching habits. The owners are friendly and responsive, very pleased with the service.”

“Ordered a phone online with pickup from this store. When I got there first thing in the morning it was already busy. The manager, Joe, was absolutely amazing - he helped me through the phone set up, knew all the tips and tricks needed to get my account connected easily, and even installed my screen protector (no bubbles!!). All the while, he was assisting other customers and mentoring a younger employee. His positive attitude and incredible customer service are the best - I know where I'll go next time I need Verizon phone help.”

“I have tried to schedule an appointment via Thumbtack 3 times to address an urgent network set up at my store - I got 3 appointment confirmation and all were no show ! On Saturday I sent few requests via Yelp and Nova ITS (Todd) responded right away ! He came first thing in the morning on Monday and set up the network on the spot - I highly recommend NOVA ITS I wish more people will focus on excellent service so important to recognize service excellency from time to time.”
