“I had been dealing with home, Internet issues and trade-in issues for telephone for well over a month or more. I walked in to the Verizon store in Manassas and Jim took very good care of me. Everything that I was told by the Warrenton Va Verizon store was wrong and everything is now normal, when I was about to go to a different company just because of all the issues I was having. I was not getting returned phone calls from the Verizon fix-it team so I would highly recommend this store”
“Patrick at Gainesville X Finity is an educator, professional , tech savvy, and so friendly ! He wants what is best for the customer. The other staff was helpful as well. Great prices !”

“I had the best experience here!! My phone just stopped working one morning. I had gone to two t mobile stores and one Apple Store and no one could fix it. I decided while getting coffee one day to try this store. Grace helped me and she was amazing!! She fixed my phone and it’s still working 2 weeks later!! Very happy w the service I received! Highly recommend!”
