The online scheduling was easy to use and text follow ups and reminders were very helpful. I waited while they changed out the tires on my truck and found the lounges comfortable with ample space to stretch out and relax. I think the team did a great job and I'll be back the next time I need work done.”

“After visiting on establishment on Wellington mid-day that didn't have availability until the next day at the earlier, not wanting to apply for a credit card to have the "free" service included with their club at another, and being advised that there was at least a 35 min wait to be seen for an establishment, I googled and found the Faster Tire Center. I had a nail/screw in my rear passenger tire and they advised they were able to do the repair. Once I showed up, they came out, took off the tire and did the repair in less than 15 minutes for an economical price. Definitely earned a lifelong customer!”

“I wanted to give this place a try, as they had great reviews, and they were great. I showed up around 2:10 and was quickly attended to. I wanted an oil and filter change with my own high-quality oil and filter supplied. Carlos was great and took care of it quickly for me. In the end the oil and filter change cost me $37, even with my own materials supplied, which isn't a bad deal for their time and disposal services, all things considered. I had intended to get a VA emissions/inspection done the same day, but for whatever reason, the inspector had to leave early that day. Thinking maybe I had missed an hours chart or calendar online I asked Carlos about that instance, and he said it isn't something that usually happens, and is quite irregular. There was another customer who came into the shop while I was there wanting a VA emissions/inspection too, and left annoyed/disappointed. Hopefully this inspector isn't costing the shop too much in his failure to deliver his services.The shop was small, but comfortable. There's a small bathroom, a few chairs and a bench seat. There is a complimentary charging station, on the front desk. One improvement that the shop could make is their mounting solution for their plaques on the wall as you walk in. The strong winds were blowing their plaques off the wall, because they were only held on by a cork-board push-pin. I would recommend a more permanent and substantial attachment method. I also thought that it was amusing when I noticed they had, not one, not two, but FOUR stickers in the main shop window showing what credit cards they accepted... Hey, I guess as long as they're displayed and honored, right? One positive thing that I saw over other shops in the area was that there was a buzzer built into the desk, for you to ring, so you aren't sitting idle and just hoping that an office staff member or mechanic sees you standing there in the office. They also have a few spots for dedicated customer parking right as you pull into the shops strip.Obviously from what was stated, I didn't have any 'repairs' done, but I am always on the lookout for a good independent shop. I had a good time at this shop and shall be recommending it to other friends and persons in need, in the future.Service: Oil change”
“We had a great experience here! We had gone to two other places to get a slow leak handled in one tire. We kept getting told 2-3 hours wait time but we could see these other places had empty bays. When we came to NTB, they took our car right away, found the leak quickly, patched it and sent us on our way. I don't think we were there more than 20 minutes! I'll be coming back.”

“My safety inspection sticker was due to expire at the end of this month. So I came into the shop to get my inspection. Because it was Friday afternoon, and the last weekday of the month, the car line was understandibly long. However, the inspector's name tag read, "Happy". I don't know if that's his real name, but it cheered me up a bit. He pointed out that I needed to replace a rusted out muffler clamp. So I agreed, since the car wouldn't pass inspection without this being fixed. Mr. "Happy" mechanic/inspector fixed it right up. I know these guys work very hard for their pay. So I am gratefull for your service - Mr. "Happy" :)”

Long story short , additional work was done and instead of undoing the extra work ,they discounted some of the additional costs and we compromised on the difference so that I could leave as a satisfied customer .Amazing business and manager .
