“I had a wonderful experience today! I walked in for an oil change without an appointment, fully expecting to schedule one for next Monday instead. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine. He let me know they could fit me in and have me in and out in about an hour, which I really appreciated.
A special thank you to Keith, the head mechanic. He overheard that I didn’t have an appointment and immediately stepped in, saying they would take care of me that same day. That level of kindness and customer service truly stood out. Everyone was professional, honest, and made me feel valued as a customer.

“Rice always comes through with all the CMV work we need done, whether Inspections: state or DOT, tires, alignment of our box trucks etc. They even have a mobile service and were able to get out to a truck that we had blow a sidewall in DC. Pretty reasonably priced for that I thought. If you're looking for cheap linglongs or something you probably want to go somewhere else, but if you're looking for high quality tires, this place is it.”

“I've been here multiple times over the past few years. My last visit was about one year ago. Their price for used tires are cheap, yet very reliable in my past experiences. The longest I've ever waited for them to change one of my tires and be out of there was 20 minutes or less. (I also did not call in advance.I just showed up.) Everyone was friendly and helpful. I trust their staff and appreciate the timely service. Ive not been to other Ron's tires location, but I would highly recommend this one.”
