I signed up for personal training because despite watching influencers make simple exercises look easy, I just wasn't motivated. And to be clear, I love working out but I had lost my mojo and gained a few too many lbs. So I knew it was time for a change. I am so glad I found this place. The owners are very nice and after doing a bit of research, I chose Kasey to help me with my goals.
Kasey knows.his.stuff! He is a stickler for form and takes his time educating you to ensure safety but more importantly, results. This man and his plan have my wobbly bits shaking in fear because they know their days are numbered! It is very early in my journey but I look forward to getting healthier in a healthy way and building a stronger body! I got my mojo back, whoo hoo!”
“Been going here 4 or 5 years now. Affordable gym where you don't get hit over the head with bs add-ons, not too much at least. There are enough machines that you can usually find an open one that you need. People are friendly and courteous, but not too overbearing.”

“Burn Boot Camp has truly changed my life! The trainers are incredible. They’re knowledgeable, supportive, and always pushing me to work harder than I ever would on my own. The community here is unmatched. From the moment I walked back through the doors, I was welcomed with open arms.
I actually tried Burn once before but left after two months because I wasn’t mentally ready and was experiencing health concerns. Coming back was the best decision I could have made, even if it was a very sad and tough time in my life. The trainers answer every question, encourage me every step of the way, and constantly remind me that I’m stronger than I think. When I started, I couldn’t do a single lunge. I even called myself a teapot because I felt like every time I tried a lunge I would tip over and fall. Now I can do weighted lunges and jump lunges. I also went from not being able to do a single push-up to doing full-body and even decline push-ups. I no longer go to the lightest weights. I’ve slowly moved up to heavier weights and feel more empowered.
Not to mention, the littles love it, too! Childwatch is amazing. Childwatch is fantastic, and Kids Camp makes it fun for the whole family.
Burn is truly the best 45 minutes of my day. My weight is down, muscle is up, and I’m stronger than I ever imagined. I cannot recommend it enough!
Burn Short Pump also has awesome extras like a smoothie bar, one-on-one focus meetings with optional InBody scans, and clean-ingredient supplements. Fruit punch Replenish is my favorite. I do miss the 6:30 PM class for days I can’t make it earlier, and it would be amazing if the 12:15 PM class were offered all week instead of just Monday–Wednesday. Please. Please. Please.”

“Had the opportunity to train at this Gold‘s Gym This past weekend. Whenever I go on vacation or travel for business, I try to find a place to work out, and I can honestly say this is one of the best I’ve ever been to. It is massive inside with all types of equipment, some of which I’ve never seen and being a strength and condition and coach that’s hard to say. All the staff was very courteous and helpful, the facility and the locker rooms/showers were very clean. It also has a juice bar where you can get pre-workout and post workout shakes made to order! Thanks to the manager Jack for a great experience. Will be back again. Next time I come down to Richmond.!!!!”
