“I have been going to Burn for about two and a half months now and I absolutely LOVE it! I joined after the national promotion for 4 weeks. It was a complete challenge but after my first class I was really impressed. I have been a member of 3 other gyms before and it was always a waste of money because it got boring after a while. I never have that issue with Burn. Each class keeps me guessing and the owner and trainers are so friendly. I actually live closer to another BBC but the convenience of this location is what sold me. It’s right off the interstate and you don’t have to play Russian roulette for a parking spot like I’ve seen at other larger gyms. It has a high end boutique feel that is also down to earth. When I was nearing the end of my promotion I was on the fence about if I would join or not because it’s definitely more expensive price wise than other options. On the final week of the promotion we had a finisher where we had to run around the building. I hadn’t run for any reason in over a decade. I was the last one and started to feel really discouraged. Then all of a sudden Jessica, the head trainer who happened to be taking the class that day and not instructing, ran around the corner - I felt like she knew I was lagging behind and she pushed me to to finish strong even though everyone else was already done. That meant so much to me because I was really struggling. I decided to join right at that moment. If you are looking for a program that is challenging, convenient, and community oriented Libbie Mill is the place for you.”

“I joined RVAPT in September 2021 and have participated in Performance training and am currently on the RVA Weightlifting team. I am a working mom who was nervous to get back in the gym, but the coaches and members made me feel so welcome! It was a group of warm individuals, there to enjoy their workout and encourage each other. Brett coached me through my workout. As an expert in the fitness industry for nearly two decades and a physical therapist, I can tell you that his methodology was rock solid, and his instruction for form and technique were on point. I felt both safe and appropriately challenged. Definitely looking forward to going back to refine my powerlifting skills!”

“Absolutely the best gym around. I've been coming here for over a year, and I don't think I've ever worked out as consistently in one gym as I have with CrossFit Addict. The quality of the coaching is elite, and each coach is incredibly helpful, supportive, and runs each class expertly.The community is outstanding and welcoming, which makes it even more fun to go to. “West End Cross Fit has been a home away from home for me. I love coming in every morning and seeing folks who I get to cheer on and who cheer me on. Really fun to watch everyone give each other a high five after we finish a workout. We also enjoy doing fun things outside of work. It is a great community and I really love the people in my classes. I also love that the workouts are deferent everyday. Keeps things interesting and I never get bored. “Burn Boot Camp Short Pump is an awesome place to be. Everyone is so welcoming. The trainers are encouraging and are very helpful in meeting each member’s goals. They offer 1 on 1 coaching even in a group exercise setting.They have an awesome staff in child watch during the morning camps for the kids. The place is clean and has many great & new equipment. You should definitely take advantage of the free trial and find out how amazing this place is. It changed my life and I’m glad that I tried it and joined.”

“I love coming to this gym. It's huge, so I never have to worry about it being too crowded. There is plenty to do, and it is especially good if you want to bring your family. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, private rooms for racquet ball, tennis, ping-pong and just about anything you'd like to do, an indoor and outdoor tennis court, a basketball court and sauna. It's worth the price as long as you're coming here often. I come here with friends all the time, and the guest passes are 12 dollars per adult person. One of the best gyms I've been to.”
