“I had issues with a previous sample being discarded without being tested. The staff were so wonderful helping me through the process of getting a new sample collected. Ericka was one of them but didn’t catch both names. They were absolutely lovely and helpful! And at the end of the day on a Monday there was zero wait! My blood draw was quick and painless. Fantastic visit experience.”

“Obviously depends on who does your lab work but my technician was friendly and very good at taking blood. I hardly even had a mark afterwards and I bruise easily and have been brutalized by people taking blood in the past. I waited less than 5 minutes and the whole thing was very quick and relatively painless!”
“I’ve been to this small lab location in Medical Building II, Suite 322 at MRMC four times and each time I’m in and out in less than 30 minutes, usually 20. Rarely is there a wait. My endocrinologist ordinarily forwards the order to them, so that decreases the wait time. The technician who has drawn my blood each time is caring and very personable and friendly and gets my blood moving quickly each visit, though I have pitiful little veins. I much prefer this lab to Labcorp which usually has a massive wait.”
“I just had a wonderful experience. I made an appointment for 9:15 and showed up around 8:45. I did wait because I was early but I was in almost exactly at my appointment time. When I got to the room I explained some of my past experiences and what had worked in the past as I can be difficult to have my blood taken due to smaller veins. The tech/nurse was lovely and helped me tremendously and she even double checked and got help with another tech/nurse to make sure my experience went well. I feel bad I did not get names but they were great and I will be back to this location any time I need labs!”

“So, thus far, I had a positive experience here, and I was, after reading the reviews, terrified to appear.
1) There wasn’t a long waiting period, and I was allowed in quickly after appearing for my appointment. The wait may have been only about 15 minutes.
2) They were kind and professional at the front desk.
3) The nurse or lab tech was friendly and swift with her work. She was thorough in cleansing the skin before drawing the blood. The needle almost did not hurt at all when inserted. I was in and out quickly.
4) The facility was clean and orderly.
I truly expected a disaster based on the reviews, and I can state that it wasn’t even crowded this Saturday when I appeared. Now, if they lose or mix up my blood work, I will update this review, but thus far, I don’t know just how representative the other negative experiences are-not to doubt someone else’s lived experience.”
