“I will always come here to buy my paint! Chelsey has the best attitude and is always so helpful when I come in! She always greets me with a smile, and I really appreciate her uplifting energy and her knowledge. I highly recommend coming here for your paint supplies!”
“The team at this store are great. They're always helpful and answer all my important questions. I appreciate Karen and her team!!! Thank you guys and gals.”
“I had the most professional and kind service at this Sherwin-Williams location on Cary Street in Richmond on Saturday by Zach.
I did need to come back today to discuss the product I purchased and I was assisted by Jeff. He was very attentive and listened to my concern and gave advice and also offered to go above and beyond with the concern about the product. Everybody there that was working there was so kind and professional. It makes a huge difference when you’re spending harder and money.”
“Ordered online and there was a mishap with the color selection not being submitted, so I ended up preordering plain white paint. The staff at this store made it right by allowing me to exchange the bucket for a bucket with the correct tint, even though a bit of the paint from the original bucket had been used.
I don't recommend the online ordering since it evidently has issues, but I would definitely recommend this store for their customer service.”

“It is like stepping back in time. The old hardware store experience. There inventory is laid out perfectly. They have the unique items that most stores dont carry. Most importantly they take the time to help you and show you other options that maybe you hadn't thought of. Great store !”
