“Great deals on gas! I use my Kroger card all the time, since Kroger - which happens to be my job site - is just about the only place that I buy gas from. I'm real careful though, since the price of gas ⛽ is going back up little by little. That's part of the reason as to why I use my Kroger card in EVERY circumstance.”

“Wawa has almost everything in a hurry. Lately, I’ve been enjoying their summer refresher drink, along with the great subs and chicken noodle soup- always wins from Wawa.”

“I usually come in the evening and I did tonight. The girl who's usually working was there, thank God, because I had trouble with the pump. I hurt myself at work so it's been a rough day, but she's awesome. She is always attentive. She's a real asset to this company.”
427 N Ridge Rd, Henrico VA 23229
“Always a good 7-11 to go to, people here are always friendly, even though it's pretty busy here a lot of the time, you'll still get in and out fast..”
1881 Darbytown Road, Henrico VA 23231
“Fried catfish nuggets were delicious. The mac & cheese was also very good, but the baked beans were a little too sweet for me. We also had the fried pickle appetizer which was good, but the homemade ranch was even better. The atmosphere was a bit loud because it’s a smaller place, but the service was very good. If I’m ever in the area, I’d come back to dine here.”

“Chocolate cookies and cream PLEASE Glad to see it’s making the cut. Stars across the board now except i need cookies in the shake. Not a dab on top, a scoop for the shake please. Love CC”

“If you want AMAZING customer service, which is hard to find these days, and to get in and out..... Then you should go to this BP. I live about 5-8 minutes away, but would much rather pass 10-20 other convenient stores to get to this one because of this..... I got tired of dealing with and giving my money to and to the rude workers at the store/gas station closest to me at the corner of Broad and Tuckernuck.”
7901 W Broad St, Henrico VA 23294
“Very friendly customer service and clean store. I Like how they keep both registers open when registers going even with one cashier, goes back and forth to keep the line moving face.”

“I had the most pleasant experience at the CVS at Target on Staples Mill Road. The pharmacist C. Choe was great in the way she explained the nature of the vaccines and suggested those that I needed at this current time. She is surely an asset to CVS.”
8601 Patterson Avenue, Henrico VA 23229
“No wonder this Exxon is called A-Plus... what an easy peasy experience. Access from both Parham & Patterson, no trouble at the pump unlike their competitor across the street! I was in & out in no time. The convenience store is well... convenient!! I grabbed a drink and snack after fueling up outside. It was clean, had a vac & air station, 24 hour pay at pump, Alexa support, ATM, propane and other services. Prices were a few cents more, but worth it to avoid a headache!”
8208 West Broad Street, Henrico VA 23294
“OMG!!!! What an amazing 7/11! This location has incredible gas prices ... .30 a gallon less than stations a few blocks away! I also went into the store for a drink and chips. The attendant was warm, friendly, and courteous. We had a short conversation that made me glad I chose this location.”
9085 Woodman Rd, Henrico VA 23228
“I wish I had a photo to post on here. I have no issue with the store or the employees. I'm writing this because it is by far the worst brick-work I have ever seen. The bricks are all crooked and going in every direction. It looks like a bunch of monkeys laid the bricks. I hope everyone sees this post, because it's worth it just to drive by there and get a look at it. It is hysterical! ?”
2111 Hilliard Rd, Henrico VA 23228
“The manager and little staff they have are great. However, this place is always understaffed. The last two years I've been going there is always some dude there bumming beers and smokes. I have to worry every time I see him what he is going to ask me for. And sometimes he just says hi, but it still bugs me. True about other people saying pumps are always broken. They are. I don't think pump 1 has accepted a card in years. That or the touch buttons don't work or the screens are too hard to read. I will say the 1.49 rollback on gas prices is nice with your rewards number but don't know if that's just me.”
3310 Church Rd, Richmond VA 23233
“No complaints, easy in and out and the price was standard for the area. My visit consisted of fuel only. The pump area was clean, trash was within its boundaries and no issues processing my card. The lot is large and easy to maneuver. The building and pump area is attractive for a gas station. Better than average fuel experience so a 3.5 rounding up.”
7520 Staples Mill Rd, Henrico VA 23228
“Shout out to Matt in the food dept. I came in to get my food heated up because the sheetz down the road gave it to me cold. Matt said he could not heat up outside food but instead remade my order free of charge. Very friendly, great customer service Thanks Matt.”
1125 New Market Rd, Henrico VA 23231
“Really nice staff they allowed me to leave my car which broke down BTW but anyway they allowed me to leave my car in the parking lot for the time needed to figure out my next move thanks lot! Oh and the coffee selection is awesome!!”
10003 Three Chopt Rd, Henrico VA 23233
“I don't know what I'd do without this place. Whenever we run out of something and need a quick replacement, I ALWAYS find it at this little store! From batteries to barbecue sauce, you name it they have it. Gas, lottery, food, household items...I could go on, but I'm sure you get the picture. There is no need to drive anywhere else. They have it all. This is one impressive place to go...you'll be glad you did.”
900 E Parham Rd, Henrico VA 23228
“Have picked deliveries here. Woman working mornings very nice. I believe she is Muslim. Doesn't matter. Very polite. As I am friendly as well. Great experience. Other employees are friendly as well.”

“The 7 eleven in white oak, off laburnum Ave, its nice atomsphere cashiers male/ female are friendly. Little clutter but clean, bathroom clean, toilet paper smell, good its nice so is the workers.”

“This gas station is perfect for these reasons:1. No video advertisements at all at the pump2. Despite having a car wash, the "car wash price" is not deceptively displayed on top like other Shell stations.”
9500 W Broad St, Henrico VA 23294
“This 7-11 site is located right across the street from another 7-11 store. This one is located next to Applebees and the furniture store. The outside of the store is clean and has a fair amount of parking. There are plenty of gas pumps. The inside of the store was extremely clean and organized. The young man who checked us out was really friendly when we went on February 28th around 7pm. There were lots of choices and we had no complaints!”
1419 Eastridge Rd, Henrico VA 23229
“One of my favorite 711s! Super sweet lady at the front always there to greet you! Clean and well stocked. It’s so nice when the staff gets to know you and then you don’t have to deal with the hassle of ids for cigarettes and alcohol. I probably go here 3 times a day sometimes haha! Always looking forward to her smiling face”
8711 Quioccasin Road, Henrico VA 23229
“Ms. Stephanie and the crew members in the deli were amazing. They were all very informative, friendly, and welcoming. My food was hot and definitely MTO. I felt appreciated as a customer. Happy to know that there is still great customer service around especially visiting a new city. Thank you”
12395 Gayton Rd, Henrico VA 23238
“If there was a 7-Eleven ranking system, this location would surely be in the top tier. The staff/management are all great. The shelves, coolers, and hot foods are always clean, fresh, and well stocked. Plus, last week when the roads were covered in 5+ inches of snow and ice, they were open when no one else was. Truly a great location! An easy 5 star recommendation.”
2844 East Parham Rd 36 B, Henrico VA 23228
“I understand all the negative reviews being against doordash but it feels unfair to leave negative reviews for this specific location over things independent contractors like me do wrong (I do doordash sometimes as a side gig) this location has always been very quick and helpful and the employees are great. It does stink that sometimes doordashers don't take their jobs seriously and put enough effort into it. I understand we are underpaid by quite a bit but it doesn't justify making mistakes like what I see in these reviews so I sympathize with them. But this location deserves 5 stars for good service!”
