“Honestly, it’s a major hit or miss if you’re searching for specific items or types of items (protein bars, hydration drink mixes, light bulbs), but overall this Ollie’s has a huge variety of rotating items. The store is reasonably well-kept and the prices are great. Staff are helpful.”
“Excellent store. The manager Robert was super helpful and professional not only with us but with everyone he was helping out. Been a long time since I saw a manager really go above and beyond. The guys who helped us take our furniture to the car were also extremely nice and professional. This is my go to Homesense from now on!”
“Used to be a Rite Aid, so it’s really big! One of the nicer Dollar Tree locations I’ve been too, it’s pretty clean, organized, and pretty well stocked.
Only downside is that there’s very limited options with products, not a lot of variety despite it being such a big store.”
“Super convenient. I just bought a new office chair from this store. The staff were very helpful and loaded the chair into my suv. The chair is very comfortable and high quality.”

“The best DT in the area and I’ve been to a lot. So clean and organized. And the customer service is great. I buy two carts full for donations and Sacola the manager always opens up another register so people don’t wait in long line behind me. She and Miss Dani are great.”
“Lots of useful things in the Dollar Tree. It helps to be there when the shelves are stocked. It varies among the different locations in our area so I can't recommend one store over another as to when they have been stocked. I think it's just plain fun to go to see what new items are offered as the seasons change. Caution: every item isn't $1.25 anymore. There's an aisle with products that are priced between $3.00 and $5.00. Make a trip to your neighborhood Dollar Tree soon.”
“The woman who helped me with the balloons was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, friendly, and genuinely cheerful. Her service-first attitude made the experience exceptional. I’d return just because of her.”
“This Dollar Tree, like most in VA. It has more selections, abundance of products, new items etc. In MD, there stores get items later and usually a majority of the MD stores are low on stock or just doesn't have the items or newer items the VA stores have. Oh, all prices are now $1.50, $1.75. Newer items, larger, are $3, $5, and some $7 items. So, Dollar isn't the game anymore.”
“It's good to see that crayon companies are actually getting into the 'sanctioned' snack business. I have faith that kids these days are smart enough to differentiate. Also, well stocked on dieting pills for all you health nuts out there”
“Maybe I caught them on a good day but their inventory was excellent. Employees were fine & store was clean. Side Note: I never expect min. wage employees to act like it's Disney World & if you do then you're the ridiculous one. Let them do their job while you do you. Oh & it's the "Dollar-twenty-five Tree" now FYI.”

“I am able to find most things. Clothes are organized and are where they are supposed to be. Better to go there on week days and NOT weekends, they seem to have a shortage of cashier staff and the line can easily extend too long.
During the holiday rush, I was surprised to still find some of my favorite items. Also to my surprise, the store was orderly aisles in order and not items thrown on the floor all over. I found some classic sneakers. I'm always good to go at Burlington!”
“Wonderful customer service! Daphne and Caroline were so helpful and gave me a refresher on how the process worked again as I haven’t been in a couple years. They were only able to take a couple items as this store is a selective location (I called and knew this prior to arriving). After checking out, Daphne and Caroline had referred me to the Dulles location to try my other items and the Dulles location had taken a majority of what was left over. Overall, a great experience and will definitely come back next spring cleaning!!”

“Many shelves were quite empty, and a lot of items were out of stock. I was looking for some basic necessities but couldn’t find what I needed. The location is very good—right in the center of Fairfax, next to groceries 99 Ranch mart —but the product selection is not very complete. Because of that, I wasn’t very satisfied with my visit.

“Today I went to this commercial establishment for the second time with my daughter and granddaughter and we were still pleasantly surprised to see that they maintain a fairly large and varied number of items or products for sale. On our part, there is no need to search from location to location, in these surroundings of Reston, Herndon, Sterling, etc. it is, without a doubt, the most and best assortment. By the way, the restroom that I had to use, very well maintained. They won my five stars again, there was a young woman who was accommodating, very helpful and bilingual.”
“It’s a jungle out there. Boxes ripped open, items missing, pieces missing, holes in packages. It’s a fun activity and exciting experience to find the golden ticket”
“New Manager is making positive changes! I've been coming here for years and this is the 1st time that I've seen an additional register open once the line backs up. Not only that but a member was constantly working the floor, restocking and organizing. Very pleased ?”
