“Honestly, it’s a major hit or miss if you’re searching for specific items or types of items (protein bars, hydration drink mixes, light bulbs), but overall this Ollie’s has a huge variety of rotating items. The store is reasonably well-kept and the prices are great. Staff are helpful.”

The guys who helped us take our furniture to the car were also extremely nice and professional. This is my go to Homesense from now on!”
“Used to be a Rite Aid, so it’s really big! One of the nicer Dollar Tree locations I’ve been too, it’s pretty clean, organized, and pretty well stocked.
Only downside is that there’s very limited options with products, not a lot of variety despite it being such a big store.”

“The employee Saied is a great guy! Always helpful when I come in with my kids. I always see him running around working hard to keep the store afloat when it gets busy.
The store it self is fairly clean and up to date with trendy items in stock!”

“Convenient and has a wide variety of items. April, the manager is friendly. Other Staff appear to be non productive and non attentive to the stores needs for organization. Probably due to the distraction of their cell phone usage, especially at the cash register. This store is often unorganized.”

“I am able to find most things. Clothes are organized and are where they are supposed to be. Better to go there on week days and NOT weekends, they seem to have a shortage of cashier staff and the line can easily extend too long.
During the holiday rush, I was surprised to still find some of my favorite items. Also to my surprise, the store was orderly aisles in order and not items thrown on the floor all over. I found some classic sneakers. I'm always good to go at Burlington!”
“Very kind staff. My kid lost a helium balloon and we went back to get another one. Recognizing us from our earlier visit, the gentlemen said we could take a replacement one for free.

“Many shelves were quite empty, and a lot of items were out of stock. I was looking for some basic necessities but couldn’t find what I needed. The location is very good—right in the center of Fairfax, next to groceries 99 Ranch mart —but the product selection is not very complete. Because of that, I wasn’t very satisfied with my visit.

“An extremely nice cashier is the reason I will go back to this store. An older man. I very much dislike corporate and what they do here. However, one employee can make it worthwhile. I actually was avoiding this location because of a young white employee who was extremely rude, literally pushing me out of the way. I truly hope companies can remember that good faith is why we come back. A kind interaction, pleasant atmosphere. Bless you, kind sir. You should be promoted.”
“Excellent customer service as everyone here is polite and friendly. Prices for both buying and selling are reasonable. The only drawback is the limited selection in small and extra-small sizes for shirts, pants, and jackets.”

“As far as Dollar Stores go, yes the lines are long and the shelves are messy, sometimes not restocked for a while. The folks that work here are top notch and their corporate overloads need to pound some sand and put a couple more people on the clock, and the customers (some) need to learn how to shop respectfully and not trash the place and steal everything. Stephanie always brightens my day and it's a blessing when I get to see her. The five stars are specifically for her. Whoever is in the office running the show (torturing good hard working people) gets no stars and needs to spend some time actually working in the stores experiencing what it's like.”
