Hyatt House Herndon/Reston offers spacious rooms with big beds and full kitchens, providing plenty of room for families. The staff is friendly, helpful, welcoming, and provides excellent customer service. Amenities include a fantastic breakfast bar with waffles, eggs, oatmeal, sausage, and more, plus a complimentary dinner every Wednesday. The hotel features a bar, a basketball court, and a laundry room that accepts credit cards. Its location is close to public transit, walking paths, and many nice restaurants. Parking is free. While some rooms may show signs of needed renovation, the overall experience is positive, with many guests finding it far better than comparable hotels.
Whoever just helped my In-laws get their room straightened out, thank you!! There was an issue with the room they booked on the app/website but they sorted it out and upgraded them for their troubles. I'm sure that's not always possible but we are so grateful. 🙏🏼

This hotel was so nice and accommodating. I was there visiting a family member at a nearby hospital. It’s right in Reston town center and very safe and clean area.

Their printer went working, the front desk supervisor wasn’t courteous enough to get the printout from the office. Basically hospitality thy every hotel does, but the supervisor mentioned that if you email me the document I can’t print cos it maybe PHISHING. Hilarious.
