Hyatt House Herndon/Reston offers spacious rooms with big beds and full kitchens, providing plenty of room for families. The staff is friendly, helpful, welcoming, and provides excellent customer service. Amenities include a fantastic breakfast bar with waffles, eggs, oatmeal, sausage, and more, plus a complimentary dinner every Wednesday. The hotel features a bar, a basketball court, and a laundry room that accepts credit cards. Its location is close to public transit, walking paths, and many nice restaurants. Parking is free. While some rooms may show signs of needed renovation, the overall experience is positive, with many guests finding it far better than comparable hotels.
Bed was highly uncomfortable. Pillows are a joke. Service was disinterested and unfriendly. AC worked well. So did the ice maker. Breakfast was pretty stand out and delicious.

This hotel is in desperate need of a refresh. No water pressure, the rooms are old and musty. The furniture was ok, the room was large, the appliances were pretty worn out. Popcorn ceiling gives you an idea how long it has been since this hotel was refreshed.

Everything was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. Hoai at the front desk is super awesome. The breakfast was delicious, and the team there kept everything spotless. The room was amazing, and I really enjoyed my stay.
