“I cannot recommend this Banfield high enough. My high maintenance, 10 year old pup who has had a ROUGH month, health-wise, woke up yesterday with a huge mass under her left eye. We knew she had pulpitis in one of her teeth but she just had TPLO surgery 2.5 weeks ago, so we were trying to deal with highest priority medical stuff first. I called our usual Banfield and they were booked. I started calling around to other Banfields. Herndon was booked but they agreed to squeeze my Layla in as a drop off. They drew her blood, gave her fluids and medication, then Dr. Stuekerjuergen called me and discussed her recommendations. She was so patient, she didn’t rush me, she answered all my questions, AND agreed to schedule Layla for surgery this morning. (Trust me, I am one of those annoying dog moms who is borderline OCD about my pup - I work as an ER nurse but don’t know anything about animal medicine.) The other staff I dealt with (Mercedes and Kathryn) were just as patient and helpful. They called me when her bill was going to increase, even though I didn’t expect that. Everything about my experience was phenomenal, from start to finish. I’m even considering switching Banfields due to the high level of care we received.”
