“Such a great vet experience! My dog is extremely anxious, and the staff were all so gentle and patient with her. Dr Jones himself was down on the floor with her while he did the examination, and let her hide under a chair while he checked her eyes and ears. She was so much more comfortable by the time the appointment was finished, and it was all thanks to the thoughtful and caring treatment of the staff. Great place!”

“I’ve been to grooming salons where the staff barely acknowledge customers, so this place felt refreshing from the moment I walked in. My dachshund needed nail trimming and a bath after digging around outside all week. The groomer noticed he was sensitive around one paw and adjusted how they handled him instead of forcing it. Pickup was delayed by about fifteen minutes because another dog had an accident during grooming, but they kept everyone informed and apologized sincerely for the wait.”

“I needed an emergency appointment since my dog was having symptoms and was not eating. Our regular vet was not available that day so I called countryside animal clinic. They gave me a same day appointment and Dr Valentino and her team very fantastic with my dog and with me as a pet owner. Dr Valentino did some labs right away that helped her diagnosed my dog’s condition and to provide a treatment plan. I am very grateful for her professionalism and her knowledge. Dr Valentino was so empathetic and caring.”
