It was my first visit with my new dog so I was a little nervous. The Vet tech did an outstanding job, documenting my concerns, asking me questions plus giving Melo attention. I met the Vet who was amazing. They took their time with Melo they made sure all my questions were answered and I left knowing that Countryside truley care about animals.”

“After our cat had two seizures over the weekend I booked an emergency appointment at another vet. They quoted me $200 just for the appointment. When I showed up the said they had no doctors to see us and they had moved my appointment time from 8am to 8pm. When I said it couldn’t wait, the very apologetic desk worker suggested Sterling Park. I called immediately and even though they didn’t have a single app available they said to come in at 1pm and they’d see her. The doctor listened to my description of the seizures and then took the cat away for blood testing and an exam. Came back with the rapid blood work and went over it with me carefully, answering all my questions. Talked me through all options and possible outcomes, and then let me decide which way to take treatment. I had an amazing experience, my cat is doing VERY well on the medicine we decided on, and I will be bringing all my animals to Sterling Park in the future. All in it cost $350 for an emergency visit, blood work, exam and first round of meds. I can’t thank them all enough for such great care during a stressful and scary experience!”

“I’ve been to grooming salons where the staff barely acknowledge customers, so this place felt refreshing from the moment I walked in. My dachshund needed nail trimming and a bath after digging around outside all week. The groomer noticed he was sensitive around one paw and adjusted how they handled him instead of forcing it. Pickup was delayed by about fifteen minutes because another dog had an accident during grooming, but they kept everyone informed and apologized sincerely for the wait.”

“We brought our newly adopted 3 y/o Pomeranian to this Banfield Pet Hospital at this location for her general checkup. We did not know what to expect. Shannon took care of us at the front desk and she was extremely helpful. She offered to speak in Spanish since my partner’s English is not very good. She went above and beyond with the service provided. She took the time to explain everything since we wanted to get a vet care plan for our pet. She also answered all the questions we had. Also de doctor was very helpful and friendly and took the time to explain everything about her condition. We are very satisfied with the overall service we received and would highly recommend this place.”
