“Thank you so much Experimax. I am a student in my senior year of college for my B.S. in Healthcare Administration Management. I got stuck in Richmond after leaving Atlanta in 2020 to help my mom because she was sick. Every restaurant shut down so, I ended up staying because I had no job to go back to as server during Covid-19. I decided to start school and needed a laptop. I found this establishment in my freshman year and received the best customer service and advice to get up and running w classes on my laptop. I have been to several computer stores but Leonard and his team have been the BEST out of all three. Clean store, problems are solved swiftly, very organized, staff on the same page regardless of who I speak with, etc. As a consumer, I HIGHLY recommend trusting this establishment for any service needs.”
“I would recommend this store over 100 times over and over. Customer service was amazing and I mean A+. The store is very neat, organized and clean. Pleasant atmosphere and welcoming. “My son and I have been to this store a few times in the past 2 years, and we drive a little ways. We have always had pleasant experience with the staff both in sales and Geek Squad. My son has always gotten the help he needed to build his computer, and never any issues. We were here again yesterday and bought a laptop and stuff to build a new computer, and the staff went out of his way, took his time with us, and made sure everything was good before we left. All the staff were nice, as usual.
We felt like he had us in his best interest and honest, I believe. We can't remember his name, but it might be Benny. The store is always clean too.”
“Love this 7-11. I used to live in this neighborhood and go back as often as I can. The workers are friendly and Brian remembers all of his customers. The parking lot is small and it is difficult to get in and out because of the traffic in that location.”

The one time checkout was a bit backed up, they quickly opened more registers and got everyone moving, which I really appreciated. Always a reliable stop for shopping.”
