“I have been shopping at this location for over 20 years. I have always found the staff at this location to be knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Yesterday I went into the store to get some oil and a filter. While I was there I worked with Max. We started talking about an issue I had a few days earlier with a battery I bought there less than a year ago. Unfortunately, I lost my receipt and since I changed my phone/number last year some of my receipts did not transfer over. Max had seen this issue before and was able to find my transaction in computer and get me a refund. I wish there were more people like Max in this world.
