“Great place to get a tire fixed or replaced. Willy is fast as lightning on tires. In and out in probably about 45 minutes and most of that was taking care of the bill. Highly recommended if you're in the Harrisonburg/ Mt. Crawford, VA area and are having tire issues. They do DOT inspections as well.”

“We had a large transom window that had been broken. They came in an looked at it, made the pattern they needed to send off to get the glass cut. When it came in they sent the help needed to safely put the glass in after removing the old glass. To remove the old glass they taped it up so the broken glass pieces would not go everywhere. They did a wonderful job!! Even washed the window on both sides when they were done.”

Mike was able to fix my BMW fender bender quickly and for an inexpensive price, and if you know anything about Beamers, those things are not cheap! While I was there, I had excellent customer service from the rest of the team as well. I can genuinely say my family and I will not take our business elsewhere. “If you need an honest, straightforward diagnosis and repair on your vehicle (especially if it is a Subaru), Red Hill Auto Repair should be your first and will be your only stop. I brought my Subaru Crosstrek in after going to another local repair shop and the Subaru dealer. The car was misdiagnosed at the first shop and got an unneeded repair ($800). I was quoted over $1800 at the Subaru dealer. Within 5 minutes of arriving at the shop, Tucker (the Owner) had the problem diagnosed, explained it in an understandable way, and within 3 hours had the repair done and I was back on the road. Initially he wasn’t sure if he would be able to get it done that day so gave me options to mitigate the concern until I was able to schedule an appointment. Further, even after performing the same day repair, the cost was still less than half of the dealer. The honesty and customer service alone was worth what he charged. I cannot recommend Red Hill Auto and Tucker highly enough nor will I bring my vehicles anywhere else (unless Tucker recommends it).”

“Dan's was incredible to work with. I got rear-ended on I-81 and brought my car here for repairs. They were communicative and responsive throughout the process, and the people in the office were so friendly. When they called to tell me my car was ready, I explained that I was out of state due to a family emergency and wasn't sure when I'd be back. Not only did Lauren (I think!) assure me that I could come pick my car up when I could and not make a big deal about when that'd be, but she also sincerely wished me well with my family emergency. The people here care about their customers and I am so grateful for that.
In a separate instance, my girlfriend needed her front headlight assembly replaced. She had initially made an appointment elsewhere, but when we got there, we found they were closed unannounced. We were left in a jam because she was only in town for the weekend, so as a Hail Mary we called Dan's and explained the situation. Once we said we had the part on-hand already, they welcomed us in and got us out in 15 minutes for less than half the cost of what the other auto shop would've charged.

“Awesome experience! Car started misfiring on a road trip Saturday afternoon. I pulled up even though they weren’t supposed to be open. I was immediately greeted and helped. They did a test drive and checked codes. Then a thorough engine inspection, removed the covers, checked the fluids. Turned out to be an animal nest on the lower part of the engine. After removing the nest they checked and rechecked all the wires, connections and anywhere there may have been chewing. They didn’t want to charge me! I was back on the road within 90 minutes with a recommendation to follow up with the dealer for any electrical problems. I made my 7 hour journey safely and confidently. God bless you guys for being so willing to help a woman in need and on short notice!”

They quoted an excellent price for the new transmission and labor and they were better than true to their word; they got the job done a month sooner than they said they would.
