“My husband and I had our horse trailer get a flat tire on the way to an emergency vet appointment on Christmas Eve. We pulled in to Victoria Automotive to change the tire, but we couldn’t get the lug nuts off. A passing tow truck driver offered to help, but broke his tools trying to get them off. He called the owners of Victoria Automotive, who came in on Christmas Eve and got us back on the road in no time flat. Then, they would NOT accept any money from us and told us Merry Christmas!
