I recently had the unfortunate experience of my Tesla's tailgate getting damaged when a truck reversed into it in a parking lot. With no visible license plate to identify the driver, I felt stuck between claiming it through my insurance or finding a trustworthy auto body shop. Thankfully, I found Palace Auto Body and Paint!
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. They were not only friendly but genuinely cared about providing the best service possible. They took the time to explain the repair process and assured me that I wouldn’t be overcharged, which eased my worries.
When I got my car back, I was amazed at the quality of the work. The tailgate looked as good as new! The pricing was incredibly fair, especially considering the top-notch service I received.

This is part two of the first review I gave after getting home with my truck fixed with the brakes. I found out that my reverse camera wasn’t working and I knew when they installed it, they installed it close to the I gladly called them, but before I brought in the truck, I checked if it got pulled out of the back of the radio, but it was so I brought it and they fixed it ASAP. I cannot say anything greater than I wouldn’t go anywhere to do anything I recommend a shop 100% The owner is great and they never try to sell oversell you. They tell you what you need now and what you need in a few thank you.”

The only reason it might not be quick is if they’re busy or the inspector is on their lunch break. I’ve never had a single problem with their service. That has been my experience, and I highly recommend them.”
“Great place with good people worth the visit. They did my 2 tires, alignment, an oil change. I think they did a really good job. Id really give a 4.5 stars because they are a little bit messy. Car mess could of have been cleaned off, tire greese an oil. I realize they were probably rushing since they had many tickets though.
Update 08-20-2026: The front desk guy did a outstanding job selling me services. I think his name was Drew. I almost added service just based on his kindness and making me aware of discounts. He was also very informative. The techs did an amazing job, servicing my car. They did oil, cabin filter, and brake fluid within an hour. This place is definitely in sync, great teamwork. Shout out to the guy with the dope bagged audi S3!”
“The water pump failed in my 2018 X1, and the BMW dealership quoted me $5,299 even after military and loyalty discounts. I had the car towed to Zone Auto Tech instead, and the repair cost was only a fraction of that price. After they replaced the water pump, I was also able to get routine maintenance and tune‑up services completed — and the total for all of those services was still less than the dealership’s quote for just the water pump. Best of all, they had my BMW running like new in under a week.

“I had this shop perform a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) on a car I was considering buying. They seemed to do a thorough inspection, and I appreciated the time they spent looking the vehicle over.
The only downside for me was the price, which was a little on the high side compared to some other places I looked into. Also, after the inspection, I didn't receive a written report or photos documenting what they found. That doesn't mean the inspection wasn't high quality, but as someone buying a car from several hours away, having a detailed report with pictures would have been very helpful and would have given me something to refer back to later.
Overall, I believe they did a good inspection. My only suggestion would be to provide customers with a written report and photos along with the results, especially for people buying vehicles from out of town.

“they repaired my car after a rear ending and everyone i spoke to, including the manager, was so pleasant and helpful. I was having issues with the person who hit me and their insurance and the manager ensured proper communication to the insurance company during a miscommunication in the insurance. This was extremely helpful to me as I wasn’t able to get into contact with them on my end! Hands down the best place. Great communication and great customer service! Oh and the drop of my rental car was made SO easy here.”

“My car started smoking while driving down the highway so got towed by AAA to Eddie’s a bit before they closed — Najib and Cedric are absolute blessings and went above and beyond to fix my car that day (even driving over to two separate nearby shops to get the parts we needed for same day repair), and stayed late so I could take my car home that day. Najib took time to explain to me what was going on and how to keep track to make sure car stayed safe after, and also were very transparent about pricing. Came to Eddie’s by chance bc they were the closest from where I was towed and recommended by AAA, but will be coming here from now on for everything. Absolutely a place of integrity and skill!
