I recently had the unfortunate experience of my Tesla's tailgate getting damaged when a truck reversed into it in a parking lot. With no visible license plate to identify the driver, I felt stuck between claiming it through my insurance or finding a trustworthy auto body shop. Thankfully, I found Palace Auto Body and Paint!

This is part two of the first review I gave after getting home with my truck fixed with the brakes. I found out that my reverse camera wasn’t working and I knew when they installed it, they installed it close to the I gladly called them, but before I brought in the truck, I checked if it got pulled out of the back of the radio, but it was so I brought it and they fixed it ASAP. I cannot say anything greater than I wouldn’t go anywhere to do anything I recommend a shop 100% The owner is great and they never try to sell oversell you. They tell you what you need now and what you need in a few thank you.”

I cannot say enough good things about Zone Auto Tech! From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. Raul was incredibly professional and took the time to thoroughly explain all the work that needed to be done on my 2017 Explorer. He made sure I understood everything before proceeding, which I really appreciated.
What truly impressed me was the transparency and attention to detail. After the repairs were completed, I received a comprehensive post-repair report that included detailed descriptions and photos of all the parts that were replaced. “I go here every year for my state inspection and any other car needs of mine. It’s a 40 minute drive for me one way and I have TONS of other auto shops closer to me but this place is worth the drive. I trust them and everything they say that needs done! They do not push anything! In fact with my latest inspection they only required two new tires but “recommended” all 4. That right there shows they are trust worthy! They get your car in and out but efficient work is done. The guys on the phone are always pleasant to talk to and explain everything in detail and answer questions as needed. So thank you American Automotive for saving me the worry of “where am I going to take my car for repairs?” Because I will always choose them!! :)”

“they repaired my car after a rear ending and everyone i spoke to, including the manager, was so pleasant and helpful. I was having issues with the person who hit me and their insurance and the manager ensured proper communication to the insurance company during a miscommunication in the insurance. This was extremely helpful to me as I wasn’t able to get into contact with them on my end! Hands down the best place. Great communication and great customer service! Oh and the drop of my rental car was made SO easy here.”

“I cannot recommend them enough, especially if you have an older vehicle. They presented me with multiple options for repair with parts. Used, remanufactured, and brand new. They were transparent in each price and the pros and cons of each part. My total bill was exactly what they quoted. I dropped off my truck on Monday and had my 4 wheel drive fixed and working prefectly Wednesday at lunch. This is a great local auto shop. They even did some minor tweaks like tightening my drive shaft's yolk that had started to work itself loose. That's the type of shop they are.”
