“I came here because a nail got stuck in my rear left tire and Khan did a fantastic job!! This was my first time going to a service by myself without a parent so I was a little nervous but they were so kind and gave me all the information I needed to be able to make the right decision for my car. So thank you!! Definitely would come again if I ever needed anything else”

“There was a misunderstanding on my part about the no-touch car wash time. I saw that there wasn't parking cones to block the entrance, but saw that the garage door was closed. I had already paid at the kiosk near the door. The morning shift staff made sure I was able to wash my car and get back on the road. Thanks you two! It's appreciated.”

“I've been a resident that live about 5 mins from this location and I've know all workers there from early morning to late night (3-4-5-6 am) and they have always been friendly to me and always updating fresh products and serving you in a timely matter. These workers have seen me in my best and worst and they know who I am and are very friendly. Yes sometimes they are not helpful because they don't understood but they are always nice and ready to help. I've made friends with them and I am happy with the service they provide- im the girl who is always buying beers and sigs lol ?”

“Our truck broke down on 95 just above the exit for this service center - it was the luckiest thing that could have happened for us! They fixed our water pump and despite being very busy had us back on the road in under the time they estimated for the repair. Thank you so much!”

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
