“I haven’t had an issue with my order now that things have settled down. I have to comment on the waste of materials that come with my Rx now, though. Instead of the common paper bag with stapled medication information, my drug came with a fancier blue cap on the top, all inside a plastic bag, then inside a pretty blue manufactured fiber bag with a snap. Really? The cost is passed down to consumers and unnecessary along with it being non-biodegradable. At least paper eventually breaks down.”

20220701 I stopped by and saw that they have a BBQ stand outside the store near the elevator selling cooked BBQ meat. It's convenient for those who wants some BBQ.
The employees here are always nice and helpful. I'm so glad the bank went away and they expanded the parking area in its place. With more above ground parking spaces, there is little need to park in the underground garage. I was driving by and decided to stop to pick up some food. This store is consistently clean, and I like that HT carries some unique items. I always get the Free Range/Pasture Raised Organic eggs - note: Cage Free means the chickens are not in cages but they are still stuffed in large trailer like housing with no natural light and no fresh air. Support Free Range or Pastire Raised chickens.”
“Had an amazing interaction with Sandra at checkout who completely changed my opinion of shopping here. I deal with a lot of things that cause in-person shopping to feel super daunting but all of it went away just with the special way that Sandra seems to treat everyone. Not everyone has this and no it is not something you can learn from corporate-produced training videos. She is valuable and I truly hope she as seen as an important asset to this location and business.”

“My Dr's Pharmacy is the best pharmacy in the Herndon area. They have a ton of prescriptions available for pick-up the same day. They are incredibly fast at filling prescriptions. And the best of all, they fill your prescriptions right when they get them. Unlike other pharmacy's where you have to call them and remind them that you need your prescription and have to keep bothering them to finally fill your prescription, My Dr's Pharmacy is really fast and fills your prescriptions as soon as they get them. The BEST pharmacy in the Herndon area.”
“My first visit to a Giant Food supermarket. They have a good variety of Gluten free, dairy free, soy free brands. Found Schar, which I haven't seen at other stores. They also have So Delicious and Glutino. I got some produce and other items to make GF, DF, soy free eating possible while I'm in Leesburg.”

Well designed and well managed company. Managers like Joseph keeping ur club happy. In this store employees seems to have e great attitude all times, they helpful, they don’t in ur ways, keeping everything clean and organized. I wish soft drinks would have more variety or would offer more organic raw products and more pork free products but that’s just me. I understand you can’t satisfy everybody . 5 star all the way, Sam’s definetly saving me and give me more value for my money than any other store!!!!!”

The store was out of the ground beef I was looking for (and I rejected the replacement because I wasn't sure of the price). Alison took it upon herself to check the delivery truck to see if they had the ground beef I wanted (sure enough, they had it), and she included it in my curbside pickup. Talk about going above and beyond. Keep up the good work Alisen!”

“Found and purchased waters and soda, used self checkout line, filled the gas tank, asked the gas station attendant about putting air in my tire, he told me to go around the building and pull up to the first bay near the front of the building on that side. Did that, backed my vehicle in front of the garage bay, asked one of the mechanics to put air in my tire. he pulled the air pump close to my vehicle and put air in my tire.
Highly recommend!”

“This Costco is smoking hot with customer service. I had to ask where the peanut butter pretzels got moved to and as usual the Costco gentleman told me the exact new aisle where they got moved. Also Costco finally brought back Jean's Posh Pantry cinnamon crumb cakes and I had to bring one home. Will be going back for many more now that I know they are just as excellent as they were three years ago. Costco is outstanding.”
