“Unfortunately, I had my car in for repairs twice in the last six months due to unrelated incidents. Both times I took my car to Caliber Collision in Leesburg VA and they made this process very simple for me. Everyone, and I do mean everyone that I worked with at caliber had a great attitude and was fantastic to work with. They send you text message updates throughout the process to let you know exactly what’s happening with your car, and where it is in the repair process. Both times my car was not just ready on time, it was ready before the date promised. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I really hope I do not need their services again anytime soon, but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to use caliber again.”

“They're very knowledgeable about the products they carry and take time to explain the differences in your options. My family and I have used this location for many years. Every single staff member / manager on the front that has helped us has been remarkable. If there's a program available like the wiper blade replacement program, they described it to us but don't push it on us. We've found by taking advantage of it we've saved $. They're friendly & professional too. Some of the reviews on people's frustrations & not getting problems diagnosed for free installation of certain items we get but that's not the employees' fault, more changes with stores over the years. Things that used to be available may not be now due to changing times and policies.”

“I have a high-end Lucid electric vehicle and wasn't sure if they could do a minor bumper repair. They did an amazing job and at 75% less than I was quoted by a Lucid bodyshop. I stopped by with the car, Eddie took a look and had an estimate to me via email within a couple of hours. Was able to take the car the following week for just 3 days and all was perfect. They even cleaned my car inside and out. Price was very fair.”
