The original estimate from the other shop, not to be named, missed a bunch of stuff that was damaged. Derek and the keen eyes at Terry's detailed and documented all of the damage so that the vehicle was fixed appropriately and completely.
Couldn't even see where the wreck had happened.
With cars costing more than mortgages now...best to take your investment to someone that knows their stuff and cares. I manage several vehicles as part of a fleet and the good folks at Terry's have fixed 7 or 8 at this point. Wouldn't take a car anywhere else.”

“Independent Car Collision is a super small business who cares and goes the extra mile to make everything right! I had a small accident but in a brand new (less than two month old car) and it was an absolute disaster dealing with what I thought was good insurance (Geico for 27years). It was a horrible fight getting Geico to fix it right and Mark didn’t give up the fight and worked extra extra hard explaining to them why parts needed to be new and getting those parts form seriously all over. My car is new and perfect again thanks to Mark and his dedication to perfection and customer service. Please don’t ever wreck your new car, but if you do, take it to Mark and he’ll make sure it’s fixed right. They also handled literally everything from towing my car to organizing my rental to extending my rental to even dropping my rental off. These folks are the best!!!:)”
