“I spent all morning going to various watch stores to try and either find a link/extension to my watch or change out the bracelet. Everywhere I went, they seemed like they didn't want to help me or said it can't be done. I came here as a last resort and Jake gave me an amazing experience. He tried his best to lengthen my bracelet but we couldn't find the appropriate size. I was already prepared to swap the bracelet for a leather strap and he recommended and installed one at a very good price. The service and experience were amazing and I will always come here from now one for services. Thank you so much Jake for helping me get my first watch up and running when everywhere else said it couldn't be done! Would give 10/10 recommend.”

“I had a great experience here. I felt comfortable in the store and the employee helped me and my friend. The employee was polite, helpful and patient. We both got a good vibe from this store. We didn’t buy anything but will definitely return in the future.The type of items they sell are fine jewelry, gold chains, power tools, coins, etc.My friend said the prices were good for gold.The diamond rings were really nice. There was a princess cut solitaire, 1 carat diamond for $3,000, just to give you an idea (you’ll have to ask about the color/clarity). There was a much smaller diamond ring with two side stones for $300. So, there were lots of varying levels to choose from.I’d recommend visiting this store if you’re in the market for the types of items they sell.”

“This Swarovski is great. The manager is very helpful and friendly. His staff is well trained and have prompt customer service. The store is always clean and has quality care. They always help me right away. And other customers in the store. The customer isn’t always right and can be rude to staff. But the team and manager always do what they can for every customer.
