“I came here to get a Burberry watch battery replaced and I really liked the guy and how he as able look at the watch right away. After replacing the battery he told me the watch still did not work and basically his dad was as backed up for several months and could not take on any repairs for now. He did make some suggestions on getting another watch for about the cost of the repairs on eBay. I actually listened to him and getting a watch from there today. I really appreciate his honesty and can not believe they been there for 47 years repairing watches and selling jewelry.”

“AWESOME selection! There is something for collectors and crystal enthusiasts of all ages and price ranges! Tons of tumbled stones (seemed to be generally higher quality than most shops), towers, carved options, rough stones, and various sizes of all stones. Even some rare and harder to find stones! The shop owner obviously has a passion for the trade and offered plenty of advice, honesty, and knowledge on various rocks. He treated all customers with patience and a willingness to help. My new favorite rock shop! I will be sure to return when I’m in the area.”

“Nice store, friendly staff, cool rocks. Only downside is whatever they used to try to get the price tags off of the crystals (smells like WD40). The strong smell and oily residue takes more work to clean off than removing the price tag does in the first place. If I return I’ll make sure to ask for crystals to be left as-is.”

“Wanted to get a Kurta set for son and this was the third shop we went to. Very warm and friendly customer service. They were genuinely helpful. Since we had to get approval over the phone, we had to try so many sets and the owner listened and brought relevant sets until we were satisfied. Good old fashioned customer service!!! It’s a 40 minute drive but we will go there for all our future needs and would recommend!!”

“I spent all morning going to various watch stores to try and either find a link/extension to my watch or change out the bracelet. Everywhere I went, they seemed like they didn't want to help me or said it can't be done. I came here as a last resort and Jake gave me an amazing experience. He tried his best to lengthen my bracelet but we couldn't find the appropriate size. I was already prepared to swap the bracelet for a leather strap and he recommended and installed one at a very good price. The service and experience were amazing and I will always come here from now one for services. Educated me and had me take photos of the "beauty marks" on my solitaire, and extended the prongs for good measure. Highly recommend this family business.”
