What impressed me most was that she wasn’t simply trying to sell me a dress, she really listened, understood what I was looking for, and offered thoughtful, honest guidance throughout the entire experience.
Her knowledge, attention to detail, warmth, and patience made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel exciting and special. I felt completely comfortable with her, and I truly felt that she wanted me to find the dress that was right for me.

“My friend and I both went yesterday as she was getting her seconds pierced and I was getting my thirds. Shannon did it for us and was SOOO sweet!!! She did such an amazing job and was just so bubbly and fun to talk to. I am lowkey so nervous around needles, but Shannon kept chatting to distract me and was so epic!! There was a little trouble with one of my ears but Shannon instantly fixed it and was so nice about the situation even though it was totally my bad. We also bought a tonne of earrings haha!!!
