The staff helped me to identify the Kohler parts for a discontinued Kohler bidet faucet, asked when/where I purchased it (2020/Amazon), & told me it was still under warranty. Then, Andy proactively called Kohler, told them the parts I needed, gave them my contact info and Kohler will send the replacement parts at no charge! It’s remarkable for people to help even when you’re not buying anything.

“What a nice experience. The store is loaded with a lot of great cookware and dinnerware plus all the things that you expect from Williams Sonoma. The ladies were very helpful… I was buying things and bringing them to the front periodically to stack on the side. Once I finished, she offered to have our purchases shipped back to our home in Florida for a very reasonable price. They came today in perfect condition and packed so much better than I would have been able to possibly do. I don’t know who did the packing, but thank you very much for a job well done. I look forward to another visit when we are back in the area.”
