The historic building location was the tiny parking lot that can be difficult to navigate and not busy. Usually only one employee working and rarely a line or a wait and they were extremely helpful, patient and sweet. They were highly recommend complex large international shipment helped they were extremely patient over 3 days of visits even when asked basic questions. Definitely prefer this location over the other. Highly recommend this location over the other. Extremely helpful and patient employee were sweet.

I was helped with a complex, large international shipment by Xiam. They were extremely patient with me over 3 days of visits, even when I asked the most basic questions.
