I’ve worked retail a long time and really have respect for Jay and Enrique at this store. They helped me upgrade a phone yesterday, and the entire process was smooth and easy. This store was packed and chaotic but they handled it professionally and it was as good an experience and it could have been considering the conditions.

Awesome staff! Zabi and team recovered my phone number when we thought it was gone. It took a while but after many attempts, they got it reactivated. Thumbs up to this location and staff 👍
