“My vehicle overheated a few miles from this shop - this is an area I am unfamiliar with for the most part- the agent on the phone recognized our location and suggested this shop- Because it was Friday evening had to leave the automobile until Monday- I live outside of the state explained to the service advisor I needed to return home Tuesday and please do what you can to fix my auto on Monday- he assured me my automobile was safe under lights and the shop had security camera as well- he did what he could to provide me with being at ease to leave the vehicle- As promised he called first thing Monday morning with the diagnostic and we moved forward with the work- I returned before closing to pick up my ride!!!!!
