I WISH WE HAVE MARTIN'S IN FAIRFAX COUNTY. AND I HOPE THAT OTHER SUPERMARKET CHAINS OR SHOPPING CENTERS LEARN FROM MARTIN'S ON HOW TO OPERATE A STORE.”

“I was just at the Walmart in Locust Grove, VA. It is by far the best Walmart I have been to in years. The check out person in the garden center was delightful. The customer service staff were friendly. The employee at the self-checkout kiosks is always helpful as are the employees who restock the shelves. My assumption is that management treats the employees with dignity and respect. I hope this is true. Even the guy in the parking lot collecting carts was kind and friendly.”

“I grew up in this area but now live in Florida. I am visiting family this week and came by this store this morning to pick up some supplies for my niece’s tenth birthday. The store was well stocked and had every little thing I needed for a big birthday breakfast celebration. Unfortunately, this meant I got a LOT of items. Cart was overflowing. The cashier, Zachary, made the checkout process so easy and so seamless, however, that it ended up being one of the easiest checkout experiences of my life. He was kind, patient, professional, efficient, competent. The world needs more Zacharys. Everyone in the store was friendly to me but special shout out to Zachary for making this experience so simple and pleasant. 10/10.”

I did a pick up order and I got all the way home (25 min away) and I was missing 3 important items out of the 7. She drove those missing items to my house without any complaint after I explained my situation to her. She was so understanding and nice and made my day. Thank you Shacoma, you are an angel!”
