“My wife purchased her 1st Subaru, and loves it! My wife, prior to buying spoke with a salesperson (not Austin) on the phone requesting information and she stuck with them as the salesperson. However, when my wife went to go look and test drive and do more research on the car, the salesperson she spoke with on the phone was not there... Austin, met her...she said she was dealing with another salesperson...BUT, Austin continued to help her as if it was his sale. Fast forward, a week (8/15/24). I buy my Subaru Crosstrek, and because Austin was so courteous, polite, and willing to help answer any questions my wife had about her potential purchase, I decided I wanted to work with Austin...and I'm glad I did. They did not have the color I wanted and Austin was diligent in finding the one I wanted and had it there the next day and kept me in the loop throughout.
I would recommend Austin Asbury to anyone looking for a low pressure, very polite, courteous, attentive and knowledgeable salesperson.

“A friend and I were on a trip and had car problems passing through Harrisonburg and we were still 5 hours from our destination and needed to catch a flight. Fast Lane was recommended by an auto parts store and they didn't disappoint (& open on Saturday!). Zhear and his uncle and staff were amazing! Unfortunately the car needed parts & repair that required several days. Zhear was grateful enough to help us with our plan B, even helping us after hours to make sure we got where we needed to go!
