“Great customer service with free upgrade: I recently had the pleasure of purchasing some tires from Xtreme Tire Sales. Pressed for time on my day off, (had called multiple places to no avail because of tire size) I needed four tires replaced and needed to stay within budget. After calling Xtreme, I was provided an offer but called back (a few times) and ultimately changed to a lower costing tire. Due to the timing of my last call, it apparently caused the tire to be unavailable. However, I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the customer service that followed. Not only did Xtreme keep to their word of the original cost quote but also went above and beyond by giving me a free upgrade (a really nice upgrade) due to the unavailability of the other tires. Since the tire upgrade, I have been thoroughly impressed with my trucks performance and know this was an excellent investment. Overall, my experience purchasing the tires from Xtreme and receiving the free upgrade was exceptional and I will be a returning customer.”

“Wow!!! ?. I had my Vw Passat TDI SEL Premium detailed at K & G and my car looks like new, seriously! I have light cream (ugh) leather and suede interior which is impossible to keep clean. Add a 90lb puppy and it was in desperate need of a deep, deep clean. I’m amazed how the car looks better than when I purchased it!! They did an amazing job inside and out, even deep cleaned the engine bay! Called updating the status several times so i always knew what was going on. “We are so delighted with our experience recently at Bailey's Crossroad Auto Body and this is not our first time having our cars repaired there. We have been living locally since 1975 and have been Geico insured for many years so over the years even as careful as we are driving, accidents happen such as a fender bender or even sometimes a more severe one. Every time an accident happens we always chose this Geico collision center first to have our car assessed. Then we always chose Bailey Crossroad Auto Body to repair our cars. Bailey Crossroad Auto Body also makes arrangement to have a rental car for us. Just to make it clear, all 3 can be done in one place here. How convenient is that. After the pandemic many businesses closed or if it the businesses are still operating then usually customers are not getting as good service as before because lack of workers or workers are burned out. Bailey Crossroad Auto Body is an exception because it is owned by the same family that takes pride and care for their customers. Our cars always look like new when we get them back. “I recently broke down on my way to Florida from New Hampshire going to my brothers funeral. After a dealership tried to take advantage of my dilemma and charge me ridiculous prices for the repair to get me back on the road I located this shop. Ab was very accommodating and told me he would absolutely repair my vehicle as soon as possible. It was Saturday evening right as they were about to close until Monday (a holiday) He provided me a towing company phone number to get my car to his shop from the dealership. I rented a car to get to the funeral and Ab took care of my car as soon as could on Monday. He kept me informed and repaired my car that day! The workmanship was professional and expedient! The price was more that fair! I am forever indebted to Ab and his crew! Professional and super accommodating shop! “I had an incident where someone backed into my parked car (my BRAND NEW CAR OF COURSE) & left a note for me to come back to. Thankfully he left his Geico insurance. The Geico agent called me and gave me a list of shops they work with. I chose Bailey's Crossroads Autobody for the convenience in proximity to our home. My husband & I dropped my car off on 3/10/2022 & was greeted by 2 very pleasant people. They were efficient & thorough. They had a rental car set up for me, and had it waiting for me when we got there. They said someone would call me tomorrow with an update. The very next day they called me to let me know that the damage was a little more extensive & it was going to take about 2 weeks to fix. They went above & beyond to extend my rental car for the 2 weeks so I didn't have to call Enterprise. Low & behold, they called me on 03/17/2022 & the pleasant man from up front said "You want your car!?" Super friendly & kind. I was so pleased to get my car a week early! My husband picked up the car & dropped my rental car off in a seamless exchange. My car looks AMAZING. They did a brilliant job & their customer service is top notch. I would definitely do business with them again although I sincerely hope I don't have to. I recommend them to everybody. Excellent customer service & super efficient. I loved that they kept me updated the entire time & made what would have been a nerve wracking experience so simple.”

“Today, I was given the opportunity to wash my car, and I went to the car wash I've been going to for years. While existing the car, my ring fell into my backpack, and I reported loss. The manager there pulled a video of my purchase and caught me and told me the ring was in my bag. I've been going here since 1996 when I first moved to VA. Their services are the best, and I suggest that if you want your car washed with great service, come to Sonicsoft Car Wash. The gentleman Alexander, who works for Baker also aided me with finding my ring. His service will not be unnoticed”

“FX Collision paint-matched a plastic, after-market spoiler perfectly, making it look identical to my aluminum Mustang, removed the OEM 'spoiler delete' and the back-up camera mounted in it, installed the spoiler and the back-up camera, and calibrated the camera so it functions and displays exactly as before.
