Experience at Gabe's in the past couple of weeks. Wasn't that good because I've won. Lady, who said she was the assistant manager. I think her name was very rude. Told us we shouldn't buy the phone chargers there. Because they're not good. However, we still purchase them and then there was another young lady there. Her name was Amanda and her customer service was out of this world. She showed us where things were. She made sure she took the time to help us find what we were looking for. As well as doing her duties inside the store”

“This is a great place to pickup lost or last minute phone and electronic accessories. Things like Hdmi cords, ear buds and phone chargers can be purchased for under 8 dollars. Most places want 15 to 20 dollars for the same products”

“If I could give this Dollar Tree a TEN I would. The staff are polite and helpful, pleasant, kind. The effort their team puts in to leveling up their shelves is awesome. I took time to read other reviews. Yes I have seen things others wrote about but lets be clear about where fault lies. Customers. The shelves are a product of Customers not the staff and of the Commonwealth immigrant policies that have shifted Clientele from those who clean up after themselves to a clientele who does not and who leave their children run up and down the aisles making messes. My heart goes out to the staff left to clean up on top of their normal responsibilities. I know personally I do my best to return an item to where I picked it out if I decide against it.
As for the homeless people? Not the Dollar Stores fault. That falls on to the people you voted in to office. Tell them.
I love the treasures I find there and buy there. I give the staff a ten out of ten for putting up with bad customers. Be mindful when you post bad reviews. Look at what the reality is before hitting click.”

“I am able to find most things. Clothes are organized and are where they are supposed to be. Better to go there on week days and NOT weekends, they seem to have a shortage of cashier staff and the line can easily extend too long.
During the holiday rush, I was surprised to still find some of my favorite items. Also to my surprise, the store was orderly aisles in order and not items thrown on the floor all over. I found some classic sneakers. I'm always good to go at Burlington!”
“My new favorite dollar general to shop at! It has almost everything you’d need! There’s even a fruit and vegetables section too! Clean, tidy and very friendly staff!”
“Good prices. Very slow help or cashiers. Very busy Very picked thru the products left. The two self check outs were both broken and not working. One cashier bought 4 items waited 45 minutes in line. The cashier did not understand the English language and had to have another staffer translation. The prices keep me coming back”
“Came in just to look around, ended up leaving with pokemon cards! We went to the register with Pokemon Pens and the young lady offered us Pokemon Cards it was a totally surprise and made my day especially with how difficult it is to find Pokemon Cards in stores. “FD Very friendly staff, The Road Construction made it tricky to get in here but you can route to the back of the Plaza safely.Enter the back of the platform this means Peking Express in Fatu United.The door for family dollar is clearly marked.It is a little narrow and there is nowhere back there to turn around,So when I was here I could not enter from Longview Dr due to Road Construction, I couldn't go straight into the Plaza. A few blocks down passed to the car dealerships there is a traffic light that'll give you a green arrow and is more than wide enough to make a Uturn.On the way back through, I was not very confident. I could make the right term with the cement. Barriers on too long view Drive into the plaza. So instead I went down to Mt Pleasant Dr, turned right and then right again into the Plaza. Drove down to the Longview Dr end of the Plaza and there is more than enough space to make a wide left turn to get yourself set up to enter the back of the Plaza, as I said before, between Peking Express and Fatu United.Uploaded a few pictures of the back of the Plaza, hope it helps.Just a side note. Apparently some of the neighbors like to threaten the drivers with having you towed if you block the pathway to the back of the Plaza in any way so that ppl can't drive through. I was told my the Family Dollar staff to just ignore them.”
“I went to the store right before the holidays. Had to pick up a few things to put in the kids stockings. The store is plenty of parking, it's handicap accessible, and there are employees there to assist you if you need help. I was able to find what I needed pretty quickly and then got to check my stuff out at a self-check register. Would recommend for a visit.”
“You can save some money shopping in this store. But what I don't like about them is that they never let you use their bathroom. And the employees barely speak English”

“Many shelves were quite empty, and a lot of items were out of stock. I was looking for some basic necessities but couldn’t find what I needed. The location is very good—right in the center of Fairfax, next to groceries 99 Ranch mart —but the product selection is not very complete. Because of that, I wasn’t very satisfied with my visit.

“I've been here many times over the years. This location has a lot of people who shop here frequently, so there is always someone on the floor who is restocking and/or unboxing items. They are still transitioning to the higher priced goods, it's a larger location. The employees have always been nice to interact with, even when short staffed. Sometimes there are items that aren't available and like any store that is short staffed, you can't expect it to look like it's in tip top shape, so I deducted a star to be realistic. All Dollar Trees are a hit or miss when it comes to having balloons in stock. The price for balloons is great but if you need them ASAP, keep your expectations low. Sometimes the balloons are ready for purchase which is ideal. Other times you may need to request help from an employee if there is anyone available. If they are busy, I'd try the grocery store on the opposite end instead.”
