“Visiting this place is always an adventure because of how massive it is and the sheer variety of things you can find. It is the best spot to stock up on everything from giant packs of snacks to household essentials, which really helps with planning ahead. The food court is a must-visit for a quick and very affordable bite after finishing all that walking through the wide aisles. Even though it can get incredibly crowded, especially on weekends, the checkout lines move surprisingly fast because the staff is so efficient. It feels like you always discover something new and unexpected every time you walk through the doors.”

Experience at Gabe's in the past couple of weeks. Wasn't that good because I've won. Lady, who said she was the assistant manager. I think her name was very rude. Told us we shouldn't buy the phone chargers there. Because they're not good. However, we still purchase them and then there was another young lady there. Her name was Amanda and her customer service was out of this world. She showed us where things were. She made sure she took the time to help us find what we were looking for. As well as doing her duties inside the store”
“This is a great place to pickup lost or last minute phone and electronic accessories. Things like Hdmi cords, ear buds and phone chargers can be purchased for under 8 dollars. Most places want 15 to 20 dollars for the same products”
“If you’re looking for dumpling lids, neon items, or squishy toys, this is a great place to check out. The dumpling lids are usually available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Customer service is good, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to answer questions. and it could benefit from having more cashiers since two cashiers seem to handle a lot. Overall, a good shopping experience.”

“I am able to find most things. Clothes are organized and are where they are supposed to be. Better to go there on week days and NOT weekends, they seem to have a shortage of cashier staff and the line can easily extend too long.
During the holiday rush, I was surprised to still find some of my favorite items. Also to my surprise, the store was orderly aisles in order and not items thrown on the floor all over. I found some classic sneakers. I'm always good to go at Burlington!”
“If I could give this Dollar Tree a TEN I would. The staff are polite and helpful, pleasant, kind. The effort their team puts in to leveling up their shelves is awesome. I took time to read other reviews. Yes I have seen things others wrote about but lets be clear about where fault lies. Customers. The shelves are a product of Customers not the staff and of the Commonwealth immigrant policies that have shifted Clientele from those who clean up after themselves to a clientele who does not and who leave their children run up and down the aisles making messes. My heart goes out to the staff left to clean up on top of their normal responsibilities. I know personally I do my best to return an item to where I picked it out if I decide against it.
As for the homeless people? Not the Dollar Stores fault. That falls on to the people you voted in to office. Tell them.
I love the treasures I find there and buy there. I give the staff a ten out of ten for putting up with bad customers. Be mindful when you post bad reviews. Look at what the reality is before hitting click.”
“There was one cashier open and the lady was ordering some balloons so she had stop from cashier to go and blow up the lazy balloons Evelyn de if I'm pronouncing her name right she stepped in and was like yo let me fill the balloons and you step over back to the cash register and take care of them folks in the line right there I just want to recognize her amazing management skills.”
“I want to thank Helena for her time and help this week after an incident that happened over the weekend (Saturday). The cashier at the time would not get the Shift lead to address a pricing issue with some merchandise I was buying. When I called th store I was able to speak with Helena and she immediately addressed the issue. I went to the store that evening and she quickly and efficiently rectified the situation with no further issues. Thank you to Helena for her great attitude, timely help and great Customer service. I don't usually have an issue at this store so it's good to know management is willing to help while making me feel like a valued customer. She deserves a bonus.”

We went to the register with Pokemon Pens and the young lady offered us Pokemon Cards it was a totally surprise and made my day especially with how difficult it is to find Pokemon Cards in stores. First time seeing such dollar tree locations with shelves full and mind you we went there half hour before closing, any other location would be mess and empty but this one, beautiful. I went for one item but got 12 items and there were so many more things to explore. Keep it up associates, excellent job. “I like this site, it has a wide variety of products at good prices, from household items, supermarkets, stationery, among others, economical items that help you solve many situations with little money. The service is really not bad, although it is practically self-service, you just take your products and pay at the checkout. It's not all in dollars, it has many items for more than one dollar.”

“I had to take the time out to express a thank you to the cashier Tiffany. This woman is phenomenal. Her line was backed up and the only cashier since I've been going to dollar tree who always keeps a smile and shows the upmost respect. I needed help looking for a fan for my mother and when I asked another female associate who was stocking shelves she was very rude and told me I needed to look for it myself. Tiffany's line was backed up and was kind enough to stop what she was doing to guide me to what I was looking for.
