“The customer service was phenomenal. Every employee I've dealt with, throughout the process of picking my bedroom set and having it delivered, was extremely positive and tentative.
James' attitude and knowledge were exceptional. He helped out a lot in picking out the suitable bedroom set for my wife and I. He also made sure that the pieces would all fit nicely in the designated room.
Jose, the person who handled and assembled the furniture, was very caring and patient. Jose was fast and did an excellent job.
The person who orchestrated my furniture to be delivered, I believe his name was Fared, was very informative and helpful.
I will definitely be coming back to furnish the rest of my house. Thank you for the great customer service and for the beautiful furniture!”

“I always go there almost every Sunday when I have money to buy things. The workers there are very nice helpful and patient they are wonderful. This store is my actual number one favorite store. I love everything about it and I love how the workers treat their customers. Would 100% recommend! Also I’m Asian and can’t find the correct things I need that the lady sells there it just makes me feel have and at home there with all the Asian mostly Chinese culture status and more there! “Had the best day ever here today !!! The worker I interacted with was incredible !!! He was so nice to my boyfriend and I (despite us being there for 3 hours) and even came up to us to show us videos of the alpacas outside !! I wish I had gotten his name, but he was the sweetest. The egg hunt was so fun; I got a bunch of stuff for free and ended up losing to the system and spent too much money anyways ”

They also have a nice selection of Virginia (and made-in-Virginia) gifts, including local things like kitchen towels that say Fairfax on them, and a lot of cute things that are perfect for when you want to give a gift but don't want to give something really generic.
