“My ex-girlfriend wrecked her car when she hit a deer and we were referred to Laslie's Auto Body. Her 2008 Honda Civic was her first car. She had owned it for 17 years. Had 251,000 mi on it and she was very attached to the car. Paul Buchanan, the man in charge understood the objective and provided her an estimate keeping the price as low as possible because this would have been an out-of-pocket expense. The end result unfortunately was not cost efficient and resulted in her having to purchase a new vehicle. She ended up donating the vehicle to wWheels for Wishes, and d Mr. Buchanan waived the cost for the time spent preparing the estimate and the days the vehicle spent on their lot. The professionalism shown by Laslie's Auto body exemplified customer service and acquired them a customer for life for my vehicle, as well as earning my solid endorsement whenever someone requests a reference for a full service auto shop. Every customer I witnessed leaving there during my visits was extremely satisfied and all my interactions with all the staff were very pleasant. I wish I could have given more than five stars!”

“I ordered a cab corner via eBay for my 1994 Chevy K1500 pickup truck. The cab corner is of good quality, both in craftsmanship and the material. I cut it down to size, so my seam is under the molding. I am happy with the results and would recommend this part to anyone that needs their cab corner replaced.
The part was packed carefully, and it arrived promptly & undamaged. I'm very happy with the results.

“Let me begin by saying we purchased our 2019 Hyundai Sonata in Roanoke because of lack of service and trust at the then Lynchburg Hyundai. In the six years we have had our car, we have been most pleased with it and would take it back to Roanoke to be serviced. Recently, our car failed to start, wouldn’t even turn-over. I knew Lynchburg Hyundai had changed ownership and CMA Automotive Group now owns the dealership. I called them and explained what was going on and ask if they had a tow truck to come and get the car. I was told they didn’t, but it was further explained to me that we had Hyundai Roadside Assistance and was promptly given the phone number. I was also told that the service department was backed up and it could take awhile for them to get the car into the shop to be diagnosed and a repair scheduled. I called Roadside Assistance and had a polite, courteous and knowledgeable tow truck driver in my driveway. The next morning a Service Advisor , Jason Mann contacted me to confirm what the issue was with our car. He reiterated they were back logged but would get the car into the garage asap for diagnostics and then we could schedule a repair. Within a few hours Jason called me back with a diagnosis and cost for the repair. The part was in stock and our car was repaired within the same day. This was a complete surprise and unexpected. Jason was in communication with us throughout the entire process. He was very professional and very polite. In fact everyone we came into contact with via telephone or in person at CMA Hyundai of Lynchburg was polite and courteous to us. CMA Hyundai has earned our trust and I would highly recommend them, even if you have had a negative experience under the OLD ownership.”
“In my 68 years, I bought many vehicles and I have to say that my experience with the folks at TERRY Volkswagen might be one of the best I’ve ever had. For several weeks I communicated with Randy via text and phone and he was always prompt with his responses helpful and truthful. I went to the dealership to purchase the used vehicle and the service from every person there could not have been better.
What pleasantly surprised us was the longevity of employment for nearly everyone we spoke with. We had the opportunity, sort of by accident, to speak with their general manager, Mark, and he made the statement “we try to do what’s right so that when I put my head on the pillow at night, I don’t have any trouble falling asleep”. Everything the dealership did while we were there led me to believe that Mark sleeps very well.
