If you need to go to Xfinity for any reason, you need to go see Jessica she is an excellent customer service representative! We had to go there to see if they could lower our cable bill as it has gone up a lot in the last couple years and our discounts were going away in the next few months. Jessica was the representative that helped us. She was so polite, courteous and helpful. She explained everything to us and wrote everything down so we could see it and compare it to our other deal. She also replied to my emails immediately and set up an appointment for us to return to discuss our bill and finalize the changes. I have never met anybody as nice and polite as Jessica.
