“I visited the store after a friend that I hunt with brought a phone to our cabin that had cell service. Our cabin is off the grid and we're miles away from a store and more importantly a hospital. My current cell carrier (Verizon) has zero bars 18 miles from the cabin. After being told where Jim bought his phone and the customer experience he had at the Forest location I decided to stop by and check it out. Once in the store Jon was very helpful in all the details. I was very pleased with the customer service and more so the value of the phone I purchased. I have had the phone for 2 weeks now and I am now able to call, text and surf the web at the cabin. My only complaint I have is, I have a hard time putting the phone down in a deer stand. ?”

“I am thankful the Forest Road location beside Kroger is still open. I worked with Brian today to transfer from an iPhone 13Pro to a 17Pro. When transferring in the past not all of my data would transfer over. Today was the first time it all transferred over. Brian went above and beyond with the level of customer service provided as well. I highly recommend the Forest Road location if you need to stop in-store for any of your customer service needs!”
