“Aiden’s customer service was truly amazing! ❤ She went above and beyond to help our family switch from AT&T to T-Mobile after I shattered my phone, and she made what could have been a really stressful situation so much easier. She was so patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure we understood what we were doing. You can tell she genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. She was friendly, professional, and just an all-around wonderful person to work with. 💕”

“Went in with the plan of just getting an idea of prices, I spoke to Keara who broke everything down to me and explained the services really well. My previous provider was charging me for lines that I didn't even have anymore, she recognized this, and once I made the decision, made the process of swapping over 100x easier than it was even starting a plan with the company I left. I just moved here, and she took the burden off getting rid of my older local company”
