Walmart Neighborhood Market offers fresh groceries with the convenience of online ordering. Customers can enjoy free same-day delivery for Walmart+ members and have the option for free pickup with no mark-ups, ensuring competitive prices. SNAP EBT cards are accepted, and customers can choose a pickup time that suits them. The store provides a Freshness Guarantee and trained associates hand-pick groceries, making shopping easier with the Walmart Grocery app. While many appreciate the friendly and accessible environment of the neighborhood market, there are some concerns. Issues have been reported regarding the dairy case, where milk containers are overcrowded, and some self-checkout employees have been less than welcoming. Additionally, recent experiences with curbside pickup have raised concerns about how groceries are loaded into bags, with some customers feeling that their requests are not being heard. However, positive experiences also exist, such as commendations for attentive customer service. One associate at the customer service desk has been praised for their quick and patient assistance. Overall, Walmart Neighborhood Market aims to provide a varied selection of groceries at competitive prices while striving to improve customer service experiences.
Felt like an inept boomer trying to use an egift card to pay for my gas and Crystal came to my rescue showing me how it was done with patience and kindness. Thank you Crystal so much and keep up the great customer service!!! 💯

Cashiers and customer service folks are helpful and friendly, and good at their jobs. They keep self-checkout rollin’, and usually have a live cashier or 2 at registers.

Not my favorite store. It is small and condensed as it is only a neighborhood store, but also lacks the shiny clean of a regular Walmart, in my opinion.
