“As you know having Sam's club membership gives you access to thier gas ⛽ with that said also the lower price on gas, from other gas stations please don't take my word for it compare and see have a blessed day Edward Curtis”
“I love hill city the staff are always very nice and they treat me with respect and they try to get my prescriptions ready on time I wouldn't choose anywhere else.”
“First time stop stopping by the Walmart. It is in a very convenient location. I really liked being able to run and grab what I needed and run out. Even with it being a busy Sunday afternoon with heavy traffic I was still able to grab what I needed and get out. What really stood out what the number of scan & go lines they had opened so there was no wait.”
“Accurate and fast service from Hill City Pharmacy on Greenview Drive in Lynchburg. It was my first time using Hill City Pharmacy and it will not be my last. Highly recommend HCP-Greenview!”
“I’m a pharmacist in Charlottesville and I am extremely moved with how Jodi, the owner/PIC, goes out of her way to help each and every patient- especially pediatric patients with compounds. You remind me of why I wanted to become a pharmacist. Thank you!!”
“Huge shoutout to Dillon in Curbside Pick Up! My rotisserie chicken was missing from my pickup order, but I was able to catch him as he was delivering to someone else, and he went back into the store, got my chicken, and walked it directly back to me. I was expecting to have a huge wait, but he took care of it right away. Thank you, Dillon!”
“Get out prescriptions and some vaccinations here. Pharmacy staff is great. Occasionally take advantage of specials. They have a drive thru window for prescription pickup you can order on line for delivery or in-store pickup. I use that sometimes.”
“Sam's club pharmacy, on Ward's Rd in Lynchburg, Va. is absolutely the best. Today they went above and beyond for me. The Eli Lilly rep, Kristen, just happened to arrive on site and assisted with my problem. Great service!”
“Always top-notch customer service in their pharmacy -- I don't know why the stars are so low for this location. I just spoke with their pharmacist Jeff, who was incredibly helpful, yet no matter who I speak with, they seem to go out of their way to be helpful. Keep up the great work!”
“With all the craziness between insurance, provider, and patients, this team always has it together. They work so well together. I can only imagine how frustrating it is to be in their position sometimes, yet they are always kind and help without making the patients feel bad or like a hassle.”
“This is the best pharmacy I have ever used especially since getting my ADHD meds is so difficult anywhere else. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them if you take any medication for mental illness.”
“If you need help at a drug store visit Walgreens on Timberlake! Chances are you will run into Steve! He is so kind and respectful and even takes time to speak to my 12 year old grandson. He is patient and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your visit and find what you need! Because of Steve I will always shop at Walgreens instead of the other drug store on the same corner!”
“I love Sam's due to the variety of products offered. I tried the Mac & cheese prepared food. It was very close to "My Mom's Mac & Cheese". Delicious!!!”
“I have been going to JHC for about 20 years. I have had very good general practitioners/doctors there. I have had very good referrals when needed. The doctors have taken time with me and listened to my issues. There have been retirements and other changes so the doctors changed. My experience with each doctor has been good. I am completely satisfied with my healthcare. In the past the phone service was a problem but that has been corrected. I have been able to do a walk-in getting an appointment the same day I called. My one issue now is that I cannot send a message through the patient site that was available before. I don't know why this has changed but I would like to be able to send messages to my doctor as before. It helped get info or ask questions.”
“Drive thru was kinda slow when I went and there wasn't many people in the store more employees than customers and they were still slow sit in the line for more than 15 mins with only one car in front of me”
“I went from Walgreens to CVS to Kroger on 221 but the staff at this pharmacy are incredibly helpful and very fast at getting prescriptions filled. They have a machine that helps get them filled automatically so they are never behind and I get mine filled the day I submit it. It's so refreshing to have a pharmacy that cares about helping me and getting things done efficiently.”
“Moved to VA from PA and had no insurance. They helped me get my meda in a discount card and then allowed me to split up my meds to pay for a week at a time. They pharmacist actually came out if his area to apologize for take to long which he didn't. When you come from Philadelphia when they won't apologize for nothing it's nice to have pharmacy that tries to help and does so politely”

“I noticed I had a flat tire on a Tuesday. I immediately ordered new tires and setup an appointment to have them installed on Saturday. Reading older reviews, I called ahead of time to make sure they really had my tires Saturday morning. The female that answered was pleasant and confirmed they were there. Once at the store I was greeted by a kind technician whom I asked to please put my spare back under my vehicle for me and he assured me that he would do his best. He also told me that they were running behind that it could take an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. I was surprised to receive a call 45 minutes later that my vehicle was complete. The gentleman that checked me out was also super kind. Reading some reviews I was weary of the service that I would receive, but all around start to finish every person I dealt with was wonderful. I will also add that no one tried to upsell me or suggest I needed additional parts. I call it a win”
“I’ve always been pleased by the Kroger pharmacy staff. They are always pleasant and helpful.. especially Susan. I’ve never encountered an unpleasant employee. I go There at least once a week”
“First time using there pharmacy. Once all the insurance information was straightened out it was smooth sailing. Everyone was very helpful! Thank you everyone for all your hard work!”
“We love this Kroger primarily because of the staff. My husband is a star at this location and knows just about everyone by name. They are kind and loving to my toddler son and the help in every department has always been stellar. I use self check-out exclusively, but often need assistance and never wait more than a minute to get it. I am very comfortable here as it is in my neighborhood and I'm familiar with the lay out--my review is based on my comfort. While the Forest location offers far more variety in produce, etc, I am satisfied with this Kroger because of the convenience. They offer enough selection of a few things that are mandatory for me: organic produce and gluten-free frozen/packaged foods. From time to time I use the pick-up and delivery options from Kroger and that has also been a pleasure. They have called before replacing items that are not in stock. The one time I had an issue, I was offered a gift card for the inconvenience. It may be because I am blessed by the Universe, but every time I park there I get a space right by the cart return. I have lost my wallet there twice and both times the staff have retrieved it and held it for me. This speaks to their honesty and the honesty of the customers who shop there (and also my favor by the Universe...). Right now there's a lot of construction for the gasoline pumps so it can be crowded and congested. There's been a lot of upheaval because of this--people don't like it. I zero care about it because I can go to the grocery store early and I'm typically not in any hurry to shop. But if you're rushed for time, it may cause some hang-ups.”
“The pharmacy staff were so excellent and made sure I was up to date on vaccines for the upcoming school year. Everyone there was so friendly and the service was amazing, will definitey be back if I need another vaccine!”
“I can usually find what I need at this store, but the parking is terrible (not the store’s fault). Staff is friendly. I was disappointed that I had to use self checkout when there were 3 people behind the counter talking instead of being ready for a customer.”
“I'm so glad I switch to Walmart pharmacy on Timberlake Rd they are so polite and go out of their way to help me as I'm disabled and I use their drive thru they get my medicines on time and are always professional”
“I always have such great service at this pharmacy! I originally chose this pharmacy out of convenience, but now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love the pharmacy team here at Walmart. Thank you for being such a great place of business!”
“My daughter needed medicine from Pennsylvania transferred to Virginia because she was staying with me. Joanie went above and beyond !! they’re always caring and efficient and try to help as fast as possible within their abilities and even beyond.”
