My rotisserie chicken was missing from my pickup order, but I was able to catch him as he was delivering to someone else, and he went back into the store, got my chicken, and walked it directly back to me. I was expecting to have a huge wait, but he took care of it right away. Thank you, Dillon!”
“I called the tire department first thing this morning in distress that my car needs a tire as i found it flat after a long night shift. I explained I commute from Danville and don’t feel safe to use my spare to get home and then had to drive back home and then travel to work tonight. I was very emotional… but then Albert kindly walked me through what tire I would need and advised he would do his best to work me in. Albert continued to show some much compassion when I arrived that he explained he wanted to see if he could fix my tire or change it quickly so I could get rest. Albert worked so promptly and fixed my tire. He went above and beyond to fix my tire and assure me that I don’t need to buy a tire at this time. Albert made my week. He showed me that in the midst of chaos there are such good people in this world. Truly some of the best service I’ve had in a very long time!!!!!”
