“I know that this is a big chain, and there's no way that every single one of the stores is as wonderful as this one, but CVS in Madison Heights has, without fail, the kindest and friendliest people working there. I've never been treated rudely, never felt frustrated by a sales clerk or lack of inventory. It's pretty much like every other CVS as far as cleanliness (excellent) and brands and prices. They all often have great coupons, too. But for the overall experience, I'll take this one every time. I'm grateful for the truly good people they hire, and hope they keep it up forever.”

“These guys are the best even stayed open late for me worked with my Dr and insurance and a bunch of mess it was that CVS was the rudest most disrespectful people ever will never do business with them again told me after waiting hours and getting the authorizations approved then to come out three hours later and tell me to my face your dr needs to give you another prescription and refused me service because the type of medicine has become taboo how on earth can a pharmacist deny a drs prescription well they did and now hometown will receive all my business thanks guys yall made me feel better and what a relief I can eat thanks a million times”
