“Mikayla is the best. She has gone way above trying to help me. I don't recommend using there online food pick up service. They use instacart. This company charges you for services with out your knowledge. It just shows up on you bank statement after you have picked up your order. I will never use pick up service again. Mikayla did everything she could to fix this problem. She's the type of employee everyone should be. She could definitely give classes on how to treat your customers. Food Lion should hope she never leaves. She definitely saved a customer (me) from not walking away and never shopping there again. Great job Makayla. You Rock!! The 5 stars belong to Makayla.”
