“Amazing service! Our small nonprofit purchased our copier from Ron five years ago. Lately it's been making strange clicking sounds, we called today and Ron was able to come out the same day. He brought all the parts for our particular model that could be causing the sounds. We got a few parts replaced, Ron made great recommendations, explained everything and I'm very happy we called Copy Resources. Their prices are reasonable, service is outstanding and there's no sense they're trying to sell us anything we don't need; they are honest. “I read the bad review from “King Hotrod” and am totally confused by it. I dealt with Kamran, who is AMAZING. Kamran is a diamond in the rough. He’s will not do work on your TV, just to make a buck, when he KNOWS it’s not going to fix the problem. If the fix (and the commission you will have to pay him for doing the repair) cost MORE then buying a new TV, Kamran is going to tell you. Honestly, what more could you ask for from a guy whose job and income are DEPENDENT on doing the work?!? Unless “King Hotrod” dealt with someone other than Kamran, the problem was with King Hotrod, not Kamran. As long as I live here, I have found the person I’m going to call when I have a problem with my TV. It’s Kamran. If you’ve stumbled on this post because you’re looking for a TV repair guy, stop looking. You’ve found him. Honestly, I don’t leave a lot of reviews & I felt compelled to leave this one. He could have fixed what I THOUGHT was the problem & charged me. He would have made money. It wouldn’t have fixed the problem & because of this, he ended up not doing the work and more importantly, not getting a commission. I will recommend Kamran to everyone I know, which unfortunately, isn’t a lot. So that’s why I’m telling you. You’ve found the guy you want to work on your TV. Look not further.”

“Went in for a cell phone repair for a cracked screen. Despite it being a busy Monday, the staff were incredibly polite, patient, and got the repair done same day. They explained procedures, policies, and recommendations clearly. Overall excellent experience, and a top quality repair job.
My only recommendation to other customers is, even if your phone insurance provider doesn't say to, go ahead and call the store ahead of time to verify parts availability. Wasn't a problem for me, but always good to just in case.”
