“I came to this Penske with tail lights out on my trailer they were quick to get right to work. While they worked I discovered my tractor had a tire with a leak they got right to work on that too. Got both issues and fueled up in an hour. Thank you Penske manassas for being the most squared away Penske in the area”
“Ok today I called penske in Manassas because I had originally reserved a 26 ft truck and a trailer to pull our car at U haul but then all of the sudden they say it was actually reserved in in Springfield but then they turn around and say they have nothing available I literally was freaking out because we're moving tomorrow and were all packed up and ready to load but then I called and spoke with a gentleman named Forester and this young man saved our day he put me on hold for 2 minutes while he could search because nothing was coming up as available he checked vehicles that had been dropped off that day and to my surprise he had found us everything we needed and he was fast and efficient In the details of everything what a wonderful person he is you feel proud to have him as an employee I don't know what we would have done without him God bless this young man Forester is amazingso”
“A rather large facility. I wanted to retrieve items from my U-Box container. I scheduled a couple of days I advance. So other than figuring out where to find my container, everything else was fine. The container as well held up well and my items were still in place from my CA move. Highly recommend U-Box. U-HAUL is less expensive than the other container providers. Thank you team U-Haul.”
“I had an extremely positive exsperiance aswell as a positive good attitude from Adriel he was helpful making sure my concerns were heard and put to ease with a nervous move. Also the manager Scarlett was superhelpful seting up and checking my reservation and compleating the u box reservation. Further more there was Monique who origanly set up the u box reservation and her customer service was top notch. Thank you again to the entire team as the puck up/drop off man was exsalante aswell at helping me with drop off and hitch. Amazing team at this location hands down!!”

“SUPER Mixed Experience.PROS: The front desk guy was friendly. Took my reservation without issues. Didn't try to upsell me. I got everything I asked for in the truck, correct truck, correct dolley, right number of furniture blankets. Customer support on the phone helped me figure out the headlights very quickly (the instructions by the knob led me to believe the knob only controlled the lighted in the cargo bay. You just pull it out lol)DOWNSIDES: When I went to pick my truck up after hours, the app was excessively difficult. You have to have someone else who can verify you AVAILABLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE (at least I did, while I was on the phone with Customer Support) Since I was moving by myself, this was difficult. My parents were asleep, my closest friends asleep or on other continents. If i had known it was a requirement, I would have scheduled pickup for another time. I got a co-worker to help. I was on the phone for about 45 minutes.Once I got into the Key Box - it WAS EMPTY. This really threw a wrench into things. I did get the truck the next day, and it was in good condition, and the customer support people on the phone were nice, and the guy at the counter apologized but... I don't think it should have been so difficult. How much of my experience is Uhaul's fault for their app? How many stars do I take off for 2 hours of inconvenience? Mistakes happen, so I'm only taking 1 star off...”
