“I wanted to reserve a van, or alternatively a pickup, for the morning. The website said there were no vans or pickups available until 4:30 PM. So I reserved a larger truck at a higher price. When I went to get the truck, the app would not let me check in, so I went inside the office. The agent there who helped me said there were 2 vans and a pickup available, and checked a van out to me instead of the truck. Great service at this location! The website seems to have some glitches.”

“Ok today I called penske in Manassas because I had originally reserved a 26 ft truck and a trailer to pull our car at U haul but then all of the sudden they say it was actually reserved in in Springfield but then they turn around and say they have nothing available I literally was freaking out because we're moving tomorrow and were all packed up and ready to load but then I called and spoke with a gentleman named Forester and this young man saved our day he put me on hold for 2 minutes while he could search because nothing was coming up as available he checked vehicles that had been dropped off that day and to my surprise he had found us everything we needed and he was fast and efficient In the details of everything what a wonderful person he is you feel proud to have him as an employee I don't know what we would have done without him God bless this young man Forester is amazingso”

“We went into Home Depot to look for paint. It took a little bit to get somebody to the paint counter, but we were so glad that Eddie was able to come help us! Eddie was absolutely wonderful. He was so knowledgeable about paint and how to help us with getting our house ready to paint. He wanted us through important steps and helped her pick out supplies know be worth our time. We definitely left. So thankful that people like Eddie work at Home Depot because we had such an amazing experience and now want to go to Home Depot in Manassas over any other Home Depot because of the amazing customer service, knowledge, and passion for helping others!”
