“A tree fell on my 2004 mini cooper S several weeks ago (May 2024), during a strange windstorm in Fauquier country, and it dented my rooftop/sliding glass sunroof, as well as it smashed my windshield! Could have been a deaster. Yikes, I cried for 3 days ... Thought I, and my Mini were doomed. However, after taking it to Sierra Auto Body LLC (a father and sun team), and 10 days later, they fixed everything, and today, it looks brand new, as if nothing happened. I love these guys! “I took my car in for a repair and service and maintenance. After thorough inspection, a couple more items were overdue. By the time I picked up my car, the inspection was done, it was so clean I hardly recognized it - and my 11 year old vehicle is so quiet, running smoothly with a new lease on life! He recommended I get quality rubber mats, which are now installed. Who needs a new car when you can get your old one refurbished like this? Btw, Charles works on any kind of car.”
“This dealership showed me the utmost of respect and courtesy when buying a used vehicle. While being an employee of a competitor dealership. Zeshan Hayat treated me with the respect and courtesy of a returning customer. Although there was an extended wait for getting to the financial side I was compensated through a free oil change and the promise of a free detail of the vehicle due to the rain that had occurred during the transaction. Also Zeshan made sure that we had plenty of snacks and beverages during our wait which made the wait go by much faster. The last thing was the gift box that was sent to my address after purchasing a vehicle from Lindsay. As an employee from a competitor dealership I can say that this Level of customer service is unmatched from any other experience I have had while buying a vehicle from a dealership. “We have been dealing with Caliber Collision for years and have always been impressed with their prompt professionalism. Last week, we took our 2016 Ford Explorer to Caliber because we found water in the well of the driver’s side door. My husband thought the door was too tight and needed adjusting. He also thought it could be the source of the leak. Loryn, whom we’ve worked with for years, is now the General Manager. She quickly told us the water meant our sun roof was working properly in the torrential rain storms. Then she had our door adjusted, a small ding taken care of and 15 minutes later - we were on our way and very relieved. Any time we’ve been to Caliber it’s been an excellent experience.”

“Needed to get my windshield replaced so I made an appointment with Safelite. I don't like not having a set time for my appointment, they just give you a 5 hour window so it made things a little difficult but I made it work. The driver did call me when he was on his way and again when he arrived. The service did take less time than he thought and he did a great job. I do feel that the price was a bit much even if you choose the payment plan. We could have gone through our insurance but it was more expensive. Overall a great job was done and I am pleased with their work.”
