“I went on Saturday around noon for an estimate on an exhaust leak. I did have to wait a few minutes because he had to juggle several cars (and the owner of one that was in the way showed up and took delivery) to make room on a lift. The great news was that it is just a gasket between two sections of pipe. Even though it was such a small job, he offered to take care of it right away if I wanted to go get the part! Instead, I decided to schedule time later to take care of some optional work rather than do such a small job and still need to come back later. He seems very knowledgeable, works on many different brands of cars, and obviously is honest, recommending just a gasket instead of major pieces of the exhaust. I intend to keep going to him.”
