“I stopped in here at the beginning of July. Ellis was the only employee working and was definitely earning his pay. We had to wait a little bit while he assisted another customer,but the customer service was a 10. Enterprise needs to take notes from employees like Ellis. The car was clean and did everything we needed. Enterprise did good by us, but Thank you Ellis.”

“Rented a vehicle from this location and the service was exceptional. I’m having a problem with my warranty company (
car sheild) so I called enterprise to ask questions about extending my rental. I didn’t get a name but the gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant and understanding. He even apologized that I was having a hard time with the warranty company. When I rented the car the young girl that helped was great as well.”
