“Rented a vehicle from this location and the service was exceptional. I’m having a problem with my warranty company ( car sheild) so I called enterprise to ask questions about extending my rental. I didn’t get a name but the gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant and understanding. He even apologized that I was having a hard time with the warranty company. When I rented the car the young girl that helped was great as well.”

“I stopped in here at the beginning of July. Ellis was the only employee working and was definitely earning his pay. We had to wait a little bit while he assisted another customer, but the customer service was a 10. Enterprise needs to take notes from employees like Ellis. The car was clean and did everything we needed. Enterprise did good by us, but Thank you Ellis.”

“I want to take a moment to recognize Eduardo from the AVIS and Budget location in Manassas. As a long-time customer with President’s Club status, I’ve had the opportunity to interact with many rental agents—but Eduardo stands out every time. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure I’m taken care of, always making the effort to find a great car for me. His attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to excellent customer service never disappoint. Eduardo truly makes the rental experience smooth and enjoyable, and his dedication is greatly appreciated.”

“I was pretty Leary of using this place with the amount of poor reviews. But honestly, my experience with them was great. I rented a 12 passenger van from them over the holidays. The pick up and drop off was seamless, the car itself was in perfect condition, and everyone was polite at the rental desk. Not to mention I saved over $1,000 by using them over enterprise. I will definitely rent from them again.”
